I love you guys so much. Thank you for rocking with me and this story for so long, you don't know how much I appreciate each and every one of you. After this story, I will write another book but I probably won't publish until after the new year. However, I will upload the prologue to give you a glimpse into the book. The holidays are always so busy, so I want to be able to be consistent w my uploads. Based off of the votes from when I asked what book would you guys want me to write, it looks like "Brothers best friend" won. But, I'll give you guys the option to vote again. At the end of this chapter. I might even have two books left in me to write, we'll see 🤭

Today is the big day. Marcus and I are renewing our vows and I couldn't be more excited. We didn't have a bridal party because I just didn't want one. I was currently getting my makeup and hair done while my mom and mother in law got Milani and Ariyah dressed.

I am in love with you, you set me free. I can't do this thing called life without you here with me. I smiled as I heard Marcus' ringtone go off on my phone. I leaned forward and grabbed my phone off of the counter and answered it. "Hey baby." I said.

"Hey mama. I can't wait to see you in your dress." He said. I smiled as I bit my lip. "I can't wait to get you out of it either." He said. I laughed as I nodded.

"I can't wait for both." I purred softly. He chuckled as I smiled. "I love you. I'll see you in a bit." I said to him.

"I love you more mama. See you soon." He said before we hung up. I smiled as I put my phone down.

"All done. Are you ready to get dressed?" The makeup artist asked me. I nodded as I smiled. My dress wasn't anything extravagant. I wanted to go all out with my dress but I also wanted to be comfortable given the fact that I'm 32 weeks pregnant. I wanted a mermaid dress and although I could have gotten it, I wanted a flat stomach in it. Instead, I opted for a white one should satin A line dress that had a slit going up the right leg. The dress also had Swarovski diamonds embedded on it. My mom came over and helped the makeup artist and hair stylist put my dress on me. I opted for a pair of silver heels and silver accessories. Once I was completed dressed I turned around and gasped as I looked at myself in the mirror. I look so good, but I can't wait for my husband to get me out of this dress. I bit my lip and smiled as I thought about Marcus. I love that man so fucking much it's scary.

"Ready?" I heard my mom ask. I nodded as I turned around and smiled as I looked at Ariyah and Milani.

"Oh my babies. You guys look so beautiful." I said as my eyes watered and I quickly fanned my eyes to keep the tears at bay. "You guys are so adorable." I said as I kissed both of their cheeks.

"Mama!" They shouted with smiles on their faces before giggling. I smiled as my mom and mother in law picked them up.

"You look beautiful darling." My mother in law said as she kissed my cheek.

"Thank you mama." I smiled.

"You really do. You look stunning." My mom agreed.

"Thank you mommy." I smiled as I grabbed my bouquet. "I'm ready." I said. They nodded as they led me out of the room. We decided to have our vow renewal in a church, it's the same church that my parents got married in. They walked out with my babies and helped them throw flowers on the ground. I laughed as I stood there with my dad.

"You look amazing baby girl." He said as he kissed my temple after I linked my arm with his.

"Thank you dad." I smiled. The music switched to You for Me by Johnny Gill. This is the song that I'm walking in to and we're walking out to All My Life by K-Ci & Jojo. Once the doors opened up Marcus immediately turned around and held his head down as he pinched his eyes. I laughed softly as my eyes watered. When he turned around we made eye contact and I smiled as I could see that his eyes were wet. He bit his lip as he looked me up and down and nodded his head.
