when Pallavi unexpectedly ran into Sneha's sister, Swathi at hospital, The tension between them was immediate. The last time they had met—on the first day Pallavi visited the hospital—there had been a big argument. Pallavi had challenged Swathi to stay out of her way, and since then, they had crossed paths a few times, but neither had shown any interest in speaking to the other.

Today, however, it was Swathi who broke the silence. "Stay away from Raghav," she warned.

Pallavi chuckled in response. "Raghav's not some property you can claim, and you're not his spokesperson. If he wasn't interested to speak with me, he wouldn't have talked to me in the first place.so better you keep your distance from me. otherwise its not going to be good for you"

Saying that she walked past Swathi to treat other patients.

It was a calm evening when Pallavi wrapped up her final consultation of the day. After packing her medical bag, she was preparing to leave when her phone rang. She glanced at the screen and saw it was a call from one of her patients, Dhahiri. A smile tugged at Pallavi's lips as she picked up the call.

Before Pallavi could speak, Dhathri's voice came through, bubbling with excitement. "I'm expecting you at my engagement tonight! If you don't come, I might just run away from my own engagement and kidnap you to bring you here personally!" Dhathri joked, the playfulness in her tone unmistakable.

Pallavi couldn't help but laugh. "Alright, alright, I'll be there. I am even leaving early from the hospital just to make it in time for your engagement. I wouldn't miss it for the world."

"Promise?" Dhathri teased.

"I promise," Pallavi replied warmly, before ending the call with a chuckle.

Dhathri had come to Pallavi after many failed attempts at finding a solution for her health. She had been rapidly losing weight, and with each failed treatment and rejection from prospective suitors, her family had grown increasingly worried. Her parents, from a wealthy and influential family, had sought out the best specialists in the city, but no one seemed to have answers. Desperate, they had asked one of the nurses at the hospital for a recommendation.

That's when Pallavi had stepped in.

After reviewing Dhathri's case and suggesting a series of tests, Pallavi discovered several underlying health issues. She prescribed a treatment plan tailored to Dhathri's needs, and over time, her health began to improve. Dhathri's weight gradually increased, and her energy levels surged. As the months passed, Dhathri blossomed, both physically and emotionally. She began to see herself differently, and with Pallavi's help, she was able to regain her confidence.

Her family was overjoyed, especially when Dhathri's engagement was finally arranged. It had been a long journey, and the positive changes in her health had played a pivotal role in making it happen. Dhathri had always seen  Pallavi as more than just a doctor—she had become her savior

Now, with her engagement around the corner, Dhathri wanted Pallavi to be there by her side, to celebrate the new chapter in her life. Pallavi felt honored to be invited, knowing how far Dhathri had come since their first meeting.

Pallavi had traveled almost 100 kilometers to reach the venue, a journey that took about an hour and a half. Despite the long drive, she felt a sense of anticipation as she arrived at the grand hotel where Dhathri's engagement was being held. The hotel was massive, with its lavish entrance adorned with flowers and shimmering lights that seemed to welcome her.

Pallavi walked through the entrance and made her way to the venue, where she spotted Dhathri immediately. Her face lit up with a smile as they exchanged greetings. Dhathri, radiant in her engagement attire, seemed genuinely pleased to see Pallavi. Even Dhathri's parents, who had once been so anxious about their daughter's health, were beaming with happiness at Pallavi's presence. Their gratitude was palpable.
