Today, Delaney's mood is very bad. Cause, a week ago, her parents told her that they had chosen Elijah for her mate and the mother of her pups. She had protested numerous times but failed.
And they decided to send her to meet Elijah at a cafe. So that's the reason Delaney's mood is very bad.
"Arghh! I can't fucking believe it!" Delaney curses.
"Yeah, me too!" Elsie whispers.
"They're tying me up with my cousin! That's unbelievable!"
Elsie doesn't answer. Delaney looks at her watch and sees the time; 4.30 pm. She has the meeting with Elijah at 5.00 pm. So she gets ready unwillingly.

She fixes her hair and drives off for the cafe.
25 minutes later
She arrives on time. When she was passing the people, they all bowed to her, showing respect. Delaney just nods in approval.
She sees Elijah waiting for her on the table. Delaney immediately feels anger. But she controls it.
"H-hi Del." Elijah nervously greets.
"Hm." Delaney shortly replies and sit. A waiter comes.
"Good evening! May I take your orders?"
"Just a black coffee." Answers Delaney.
"Normal coffee." Elijah says.
"Coffees will be served in five minutes." He leaves.
There is an awkward silence between them now. Elijah then says,
"So, erm.. you maybe know the truth already right?"
"Yes."
"I want to know your opinion on it."
"Nothing."
"Just nothing?" Delaney doesn't answer. Again he asks but gets silence from her.
"Are you sure?"
"No! Do you wanna know why?!" Delaney finally snaps at him, anger flashing across her face.
"W-why?"
"It's because I was forced to agree on this marriage! I've no interest in marrying you! It's just for my pups!"
"B-but -"
"Shut up!" Delaney leans her face towards Elijah, the face are in one inch gap. She dangerously growls, eyes flashing red. Her alpha is trying to get out.
"You'll never be my wife, mate let alone the mother of my pups! Those titles only belong to Joseph, no one! Not even you!"
"But -"
"No more buts! I'm only marrying you for my pups and parents. Don't expect more from me!"
"I'm sorry -"
"Shut the fuck up!" She growls loudly, making people terrified. She stands up and says,
"I have no more interest in this meeting! Bye!" She leaves.
Finally, Elijah let his tears fall from his eyes. But he doesn't want to sin create so he leaves.
He is walking towards the his home without looking anywhere but at the under. After some times, he goes inside a calm, narrow rode. There is no one.
Suddenly, he feels that someone is watching him. He looks behind him but sees no one. He looks in front of him and his blood goes cold.
A big and fat man is standing in front of him, he is bald. The way he is licking his lips cringes Elijah. He asks,
"Who are you? What do you want from me?"
"I'm no one, baby boy. But you look like lost. May I help you?"
"No! Leave me alone! My fiance will kill you! She's an alpha!"
"Woohoo! Where is she? Maybe busy. So maybe, I can take good care of you~"
"Shut up! Help! Somebody help me!" Elijah trys to run away but the man catches his hand. Elijah trys to push him but he is too strong.
"Now who can save you from me? Hahaha!"
Suddenly, they both hear a growl. They look behind and see Delaney, eyes are glowing red.
"What's going on there?"
"Del! Please save me from him! He is trying to force me!"
Delaney steps forward and grabs the collar of the man in one hand, she whispers,
"You did what?! Trying to force him?!"
The man shows his neck in submission, he says,
"I'm s-sorry A-alpha! I-i will n-never do t-this again!"
"You better be! Or else, you won't see the next day! Now go!" The man runs away. Delaney turns to Elijah and says,
"Are you planning on standing here all day? Let's go!" But Elijah stays still. So Delaney says,
"Fine! You ask for this." With that, Delaney picks him up in a bridal style, making Elijah yelp.
"W-what are you d-doing?! Let me down!"
"No! First, I will drop you to your home and then everything!" She walks towards her car and makes Elijah sits on the seat. Then she starts the car.
During the car ride, Elijah continuously looks at Delaney from the corner of his eyes. But Delaney says,
"Stop looking at me!"
"I wasn't looking at you!"
Some times later, they reached his home and Elijah goes in front of his house door. He looks behind and see the car fading away in far. He sighs,
"How many face do you have, Del? One is ruthless and one is kind. Which is the real you?" With that, he goes inside his home.
