Hello! I'm Aria, the author of this fic. This is the first—and probably the last—time I'm writing one. While it's not surprising that it takes a lot of time, it's definitely been way more fun than I expected. I truly hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.
Though a bit late, I decided to add this introduction to share a few things with you before starting it.
Quick Notes
☆ The pronouns for the reader are she/her, but feel free to adjust them to your preference!
☆ I chose Lumine as the Traveler since she's my Traveler in-game.
☆ I promise the writing gets better in later chapters.

Important Plot Info
This is only my opinion but as long as I've read fanfics, I've loved the ones that balance plot and relationship development. I just think it makes the story much more compelling and fun to read! Besides, the reader has so much more potential than just being Childe's love interest, so I plan to use it to the best of my abilities.
☆ There will be a heavy plot with multiple storylines happening at the same time, which will all eventually connect.
☆ Of course, the reader will undergo major character development, but she will also get crushed and crushed. So I apologize if some of her actions become morally questionable after some point, my girl just can't catch a break.
☆ I eat and breathe angst, so the story will be a slowburn romance with plenty of it.
☆ To support the plot and the readers growth, I'll be introducing important original characters (OC's) with their own backstories. I understand many of you wouldn't want to read about some random guy named Mikhail who has no business being in the story when you just want to read about your guy Childe. But trust me when I say I believe I've done good work with them and they'll definitely keep things interesting.
☆ Unfortunately Childe won't appear in every single chapter, so I apologize for it in advance!
Extras
☆ There will be heavy foreshadowing, along with cryptic fortunes and dreams hinting at future events and plot twists. Also probably some song and movie references.
☆ I'm not entirely sure how I'll end the story just yet. I have ideas for both happy and sad endings, but I'll leave the choice to you guys as the story progresses. I'd love to hear your thoughts and feedbacks on it.
