I woke up to the sound of my annoying alarm clock. Sometimes, I wonder why it is called an alarm clock. I mean could it be called like something awesome? Like I don't know, Wake Up Clock? I mean, the name 'alarm' makes it sound so scary.
"Stop dreaming Mandy"
I shook my head and grabbed my phone from my white side table. I checked my social medias and texted my best friend, Tori who's in London, my old home.
To Tori;
Morning!
From Tori;
Tf Mandy? It's like 6pm in the morning the hell are you talking about?
To Tori;
6pm in the morning? You mean evening right Tori?
From Tori;
Shoot. Auto-correct. Fuck that shit.
To Tori;
Honestly, when are you going to stop swearing? I mean can you like lay down for a bit?
From Tori;
Well, when are you going to get a boyfriend? C'on Mandy! You're in Cali now, better get a move on
To Tori;
I've only been in Cali for 1 week. I've been busy packing and all. But, my neighbour's pretty cute.
From Tori;
Cool. Wait, shouldn't you be getting ready? It's 6.30 am in Cali and your school starts at 7. You're gonna miss the bus!
To Tori;
My school starts at 8 fyi, but I really should get going. See ya

That my friend, is Tori. Tori is well, bitchy, I might say but also the type who is always on time. She hates being late. And I mean hate with the capital 'H'.
I was just about to get to the bathroom when suddenly, my annoying older sister, Chloe bangs on my door.
"What the fuck do you want?!" I yell as I open the door. "Mom said you needed to come down" she says smiling. "What was the knocking for?!" I ask. "Fun" she says and then skips downstairs.
"That little bitch" I mumbled.

After my morning routine, I went downstairs.
"Took you long enough" says my mom. I rolled my eyes at her. "Manda" she starts. "Mandy" I corrected her. I hated when she called me Manda. "Mandy, I have good and bad news" she continues after I corrected her. My eye grew bigger.
"The good news is that your best friends, Tori and Anastasia, are joining us next week"
"OMG YAAAS!" I squee
"The bad news is that your cousins, Luke and James, will be coming as well". "Sorry" she says
"As long as they don't bother me, I'm good" I smile. Mom nods and began to set the table for breakfast.
I pulled my phone and continued to scroll through my feed.

"Okay, breakfast's done!" Mom announces. "Yay". "Mandy, go get your sisters" she tells me. I nod and called Chloe and Phoebe.
Once we were all downstairs, we ate breakfast. The menu was just bacon and eggs with orange juice. Cliché.

"Okay Chlo, we've gotta go" I say to my sister after we ate. She nods and grabs her bag.
Then, we head off to school, Country West High.
