Always chapter 8

Zayns POV

Sweat covered my body. I was goalie and lacey was all over the place you couldnt focuse on her... She was on the right of the field no the left! Left right left right! As she went to side to side people were falling down or rubbing their faces! It was as if she was spreading terror through out the land well the field.

Then she was right in front of me we she pulled up her water bottle and I noticed a hole in the cap. They were squirting us! "Hand of the bottle!" I demand. She slowly puts the bottle on the ground. "Hands over your head!" I commanded. "Drop to your knees!" I said. She did as I said. And all of a sudden we're deep into each others eyes. Then out of no were she picks up her bottle and squirts me in the eyes and makes LOTS of goals! "Sorry zayn a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do!" She says sweetly.

I get up and tackled her to the ground jokingly. The game moves on as me and Lacey mess around. Me and her are spinning and singing ad dancing around each other and having squirt fights. Then we hit heads fall to the ground. And at this point me and her are far out of sight. We look at each other and I say "you're not gonna squirt me again are you?" We both smile but then we don't talk or move, its just me and her.

Lacey's POV

Me and zayn are totally alone. We are looking at each other and getting lost in each others stare. We slowly lean in and were practically brushing lips when zayn says "I love you Lacey.." I pull away from zayn and I don't know how to respond, so I get up and run away! I run to my car and drive away..

What else could I do?

Zayns POV

Note to self: never share your feelings. Lacey probably hates me now and if I had just shut up we would have kissed and could have had a really romantic time. I walk back to the field and we have to have to stop the game because the other team is missing a player thanks to me. We all go home and our faces are all the colors that gatarade can be. I go to my room and sleep. I have nothing better to do.
