Sam's POV
This was not happening. This was not the serene, peaceful apartment I'd pictured when I'd finally signed the lease. The second I walked through the door, I felt my heart sink. There were clothes everywhere, sneakers tossed around like confetti, half-unpacked boxes cluttering every corner. It looked like a tornado had swept through and dropped off a frat house in my living room.
And there he was, right in the middle of it all—my new roommate, stretched out on the couch with a bag of chips, looking completely oblivious to the disaster zone around him.
I dropped my bag with a thud and took a deep breath. 𝙆𝙚𝙚𝙥 𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙢, 𝙎𝙖𝙢. 𝙔𝙤𝙪'𝙫𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙡𝙚𝙙 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙨𝙚.𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙗𝙚 𝙛𝙞𝙭𝙚𝙙.
"Reeon!" I snapped, hands on my hips. His head jerked up, and he blinked at me as if surprised to find me standing there.
"Uy! Ikaw ba si Sam? Hello," he said casually, as if he hadn't just set up camp in the middle of a mess.
I couldn't believe it. 𝙃𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙𝙣'𝙩 𝙗𝙚 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙪𝙨. "Are you seeing what I'm seeing right now?" I demanded, waving my hands around the room. "This is not how we're living. This apartment is not your personal storage room."
He just tilted his head and gave me this lazy smile, the kind that makes you want to scream but also... I don't know, he was annoyingly cute about it. 𝙒𝘼𝙄𝙏..𝙒𝙃𝘼𝙏!? 𝙉𝙊. "Ano naman?" he shrugged. "It's my personality. Huy english!" he joked.
"Personality?" I repeated, almost laughing from disbelief. "This isn't personality. This is a 𝘔𝘌𝘚𝘚.My personality is neat, organized, and, you know, functional."

Eli's POV
The minute i tepped into Reeon's new apartment, I knew this was going to be a mess. And I'm not just talking about the actual mess, which was everywhere. Clothes, boxes, random stuff just tossed around like we were at a garage sale instead of an apartment.
And then i saw her—the new roommate. Sam. She was standing there, staring at the chaos with this look that said she was about to snap. Honestly, I couldn't blame her.
I decided to make my presence known. "So... Sam," i said, and she whipped around, clearly a bit thrown by me being here. "Looks like you're in for an interesting year."
She folded her arms, trying to play it cool. "And you are...?"
"Oh, I'm Elias. I'm just here to help this guy move in," I said, nodding at Reeon. "But I can already tell you two are going to drive each other crazy."
Reeon just laughed and gave me a light shove. "Importante kaya yung balance. Miss englishera would love to have fun in here." 𝘾𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙘 𝙍𝙚𝙚𝙤𝙣. 𝙃𝙚 𝙪𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙝 𝙨𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙖𝙣 '𝙖𝙨𝙖𝙧' 𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚.
She glared at him, barely holding back. "Fun doesn't mean living in a pigsty, Reeon. There are basic ground rules here. If we're sharing a space, we're keeping it clean. You got that?"
I couldn't help but chuckle under my breath. Meanwhile, Reeon leaned back, not a care in the world. "Sure, sure. Whatever you say, Miss Englishera."
Watching the two of them, I could already tell this apartment was going to be the most entertaining place I'd visit all year.
Reeon's POV
I was just settling in, stretching out on the couch, half a bag of chips in my lap, when the door flew open, and there she was—my new roommate, Sam. She looked like she'd just walked into a crime scene. Her eyes went wide, taking in every shirt, every sneaker, every box I hadn't even thought about unpacking.
I mean, yeah, there was a lot of stuff around, but it's not like I'd expected her to show up this early.
"Reeon!" she snapped, hands on her hips, glaring at me like I'd personally offended her.
I blinked, caught off guard. "Uy! Ikaw ba si Sam? Hello," I said, like this was totally normal. Which, to me, it kind of was.
She didn't look amused. "Are you seeing what I'm seeing right now?" she demanded, waving her hands around the room. "This is not how we're living. This apartment is not your personal storage room."
I tilted my head, not really getting what the big deal was. "Ano naman?" I shrugged, giving her a grin. "It's my personality. Huy english!" I joked.
"Personality?" she repeated, almost laughing. "This isn't personality. This is chaos. My personality is neat, organized, and, you know, functional."
I didn't even have a chance to respond before the door opened, and Elias walked in with another box, taking one look around and smirking. I knew he'd find this funny.
"So... Sam," he said, giving her this look that told me he already knew what was going down. "Looks like you're in for an interesting year."
Sam folded her arms, shooting him a suspicious look. "And you are...?"
"Oh, I'm Elias. I'm just here to help this guy move in," he said, nodding at me. "But I can already tell you two are going to drive each other crazy."
𝙀𝙣𝙜𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙤 𝙣𝙜𝙖 𝙧𝙞𝙣 𝙥𝙖𝙡𝙖 '𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙞 𝙀𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙨. 𝘼𝙣𝙤 𝙮𝙖𝙣, 𝙖𝙠𝙤 𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙖 𝙣-𝙣𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙗𝙡𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙤? 𝙃𝙄𝙉𝘿𝙄 𝙋𝙒𝙀𝘿𝙀!
I couldn't help but laugh, giving him a little shove. "Importante kaya yung balance. Miss englishera would love to have fun in here."
𝙉𝙖𝙠𝙖𝙠𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙝 𝙠𝙞𝙙 𝙥𝙖𝙡𝙖 𝙢𝙖𝙜 𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙝. 𝘼𝙧𝙖𝙬-𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙞𝙣 𝙠𝙤 𝙣𝙖 '𝙩𝙤.
She shot me a glare so fierce, it almost made me sit up. Almost. "Fun doesn't mean living in a pigsty, Reeon. There are basic ground rules here. If we're sharing a space, we're keeping it clean. You got that?"
Elias chuckled, clearly enjoying the show. I leaned back, not really taking her too seriously. "Sure, sure. Whatever you say, Miss Englishera."
As she started listing off her "rules," I glanced at Elias, and we exchanged a look. I could tell he was trying not to laugh, and honestly? This was going to be so much fun.
