Chapter 1. The Start
Solid black knee high boots, black leggings, and a black long sleeved shirt. That's what she was wearing. She grabbed a solid black beanie and placed it on her bluish/green hair. She flicked her black lip ring with her tongue and added some hairspray to her bangs.
I looked away from my black, vintage looking, full length mirror to grab my solid black backpack. I slung that over my shoulder and caught one last look at myself in the mirror.
On my way out the door I kissed a picture that hung on my wall.
"I promise, I will do good. I love you mother." I whispered as I looked at the photo of a young women with long, raven hair.
I grabbed my keys, left my new house, and locked the door. It may have only been seven in the morning, but the sun was extremely bright and warm. Reaching into my bag I pulled out a black laced umbrella and shielded myself from the suns harmful rays.
"Remember Wednesday, this move was for the better." I mumbled to myself. "Don't let everyone know. Secrets are secrets for a reason."
I pulled my phone out of my pocket and put the earbuds in my pierced ears. Scrolling through my artists, I settled on HIM. I then began my trudge to the dreaded HighSchool of this quant town.
Once there, I got my schedule from the white and blue office and went on a search for my locker. I moved through the hallways quiet swiftly. Since I was very petite, I was able to fit through small openings in the packs of people.
Not many people noticed my existence. That fact hints that there are some more people that dress like I do. Or, I just walked away from their view before they could say anything crude and tormenting.
If only they knew that they aren't the real threat here.
I put my unneeded items into my locker and added my black lock to it. Just for a higher level of safety. I then made my way to my first class. Nobody noticed me as I sat in a back corner writing random things in a spare journal. The teacher walked in and sat at his desk. He picked up a paper and read it over.
"It appears we are granted a new student today. Since I was not informed until now, may you please stand if you are here." He spoke scanning over the class.
I sighed and stood up. I looked up for a split second, only to look at the teacher, then looked down at my feet.
"What is your name, miss?" He asked.
"Wednesday. As in Wednesday Adams. My mother loved the Adams Family and couldn't resist to name me after an Adams." I smiled shyly at the teacher.
"Well, miss Wednesday, I am Mr. Grant, the Science teacher. But, you can call me Mr. G."
I nodded in reply and sat down again. Not many people cared to look my way. Mr. Grant handed me a packet of notes and told me to copy them into my notebook. The whole class period was just studying and catching up on our notes.
All of my five morning classes have ended and it was now lunch. Since my diet is 'abnormal' I decided to try and talk to some people instead. I walked over to a brunette in blue jeans and a red shirt. I tapped her shoulder and she turned around with a smile.
"Excuse me, but, I'm new here and I was wondering of you could show me around a little. It's okay if you don't want to." I asked nicely. She was getting ready to say no, so I gave her a succubus smile and she nodded yes.
"Thank you so very much. I was getting so lost earlier." I laughed.
"No problem. Really." I gave her another succubus smile and she grabbed my hand and pulled me towards the back of the school.
"I hope you don't mind the fact I'm a lesbian." She shyly smiled.
"No, I don't. I completely support LGBT+." I said. "I'm actually Bisexual."
"Oh." She said with a sly smirk on her face. I gave her a third succubus smile and pushed her against the brick wall of the school. She smiled happily and I began to tend to my 'abnormal' hunger.
Once I was satisfied I told her to run away and stay out of sight for a whole week. And when she should return, to be terrified.
She wouldn't remember anything I had done to her. She'd only have a false memory of some animal attacking her.
"Don't worry about your family, dear. It will only be one week." I smiled. "Now run. Run far into the woods and await my arrival."
She did as I told and I made my way to the front of the building. Everyone else had gone into the school so I was alone. As I stepped onto the schools stairs I immediately got the feeling of being watched.
The wind picked up and blew my hair around. I wrapped my arms around my body and walked into the school. Once the doors closed that eerie feeling washed away. But, for the rest of the day, I couldn't shake the fact that people could have been watching me.
There must have been people watching me. I just know it. But why would they new watching me? I get that I'm new and strange to look at. Oh god! What if they saw me? I'd be dead. I'd be burned alive. I'd be cut open. Experimented on. I could be killed.
Shut up, Wednesday! stop thinking like this. Nobody saw you. Stop scaring yourself and just get home and relax. Everything is fine. Mom wouldn't want to see you like this.
I stepped out of the school. As I descended the steps that eerie feeling came back. The wind picked up again and the temperature dropped a degree or two. I put my earbuds into my ears and pressed play on my music. I opened my umbrella and started a short walk home.
My home wasn't very big. It only had one bedroom and bathroom. When you walk into my house you step foot into a semi large dinning room that branches to an open concept kitchen. On the opposite end of the kitchen is a door frame, with no door, that leads to my room and bathroom. There is also no door to separate the bedroom and bathroom. It's a awkward looking home, but I love it and I'm glad I chose this one.
The house fits me well. The outside was a nice grey color with black trim and roofing. The cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom were stained to a very dark brown, almost black; same with the wooden floors. The kitchen was a dark grey color, the dinning room was a dark violet, the bedroom was a very, very dark blue, and the bathroom was a light gray. The door frames were just a solid, matte black.
I'm not much into those big dinning tables, so I just have a small, black, coffee table and some thick dark grey pillows. Of course, I have some Votives set about the table with tall black candles. There was a small gas fireplace surrounded in black painted, wood like, metal in the middle of the wall; in between the doorways to the kitchen and my room.
I sat my keys on the coffee table and walked to my room. The room was square shaped. My bed was in the far left corner, with my TV on the right, pointed at my TV. My tall, black dresser was next to the TV/TV stand and my large stack of movies. The doorway to my bathroom was right next to the dresser. A small black desk was next to my bed. On top of the desk was my radio/CD player and a large pile of black and white candles and votives.
Since there was no homework, even for me, I decided to hang all of my shelves up. I don't care for bookshelves, so I just hang individual shelves thought out my room and set my books and other items on them.
I opened a box labeled shelves/books/stoppers and got to work.

By the way, 'stoppers' means those things that you put next to books. It's hard to explain. If you have been to a library, it's those little black things that put next to books to separate them or keep a line of books standing upright. I'm horrible at explaining things, sorry.Anyway... I hope it's an okay chapter. I put it under the category of FANFICTION so you wouldn't know what the people were. I also added random tags so you wouldn't guess. But, there might just be creatures of those tags. I'm not telling.
Thanks for reading!
