《𝑷𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒆 𝒕𝒂𝒑 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒕𝒍𝒆 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒓 ☆ 𝒕𝒐 𝒗𝒐𝒕𝒆 ☆ 𝒃𝒆𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈!》

𝑨𝒖𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒓'𝒔 𝑷𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆:

The rain poured relentlessly as Jennie Kim stood beneath the flickering streetlight, her fists clenched, her heart shattered. Tears cascaded down her face, blending with the downpour, but the storm outside was nothing compared to the one inside her. The memory of Lisa’s sudden departure replayed in her mind like a broken record. Lisa had left without a word, chasing her dreams, leaving Jennie behind in the ruins of a love she thought was unbreakable.

Jennie had always worn a mask of strength, fooling everyone—even herself. But now, alone in the night, that mask crumbled. Her legs buckled, and she fell to her knees, the cold rain seeping into her skin. She hugged herself, as if trying to hold together the pieces of her shattered soul. The person she loved more than life itself had left her, and Jennie felt like a hollow shell.

“WHY, LISA? WHY DID YOU LEAVE ME?” she screamed, her voice echoing into the empty streets, raw and filled with agony. She clutched her chest, her nails digging into her skin as if trying to rip out the pain. “WHY DID I LOVE YOU SO MUCH?!” Her sobs turned into hysterical laughter, and then back into tears as her fist pounded against her heart. “YOU DESTROYED ME, LISA. YOU DESTROYED EVERYTHING!”

Jennie’s strength gave out completely, and her body collapsed onto the wet pavement. The rain continued to drench her lifeless form as her consciousness faded.

A car sped down the road moments later, its headlights slicing through the storm. The driver slammed on the brakes, shocked at the sight of a figure lying motionless. Rushing out, they froze in horror upon recognizing Jennie. Without hesitation, they lifted her into the backseat, whispering, “Hang in there, Jennie,” as he raced toward the hospital.

Jennie’s eyes slowly opened to the blinding white light of the hospital ceiling. Her head felt heavy, her body weak. As she turned slightly, her gaze landed on a familiar face—Eun Woo, sitting by her bedside, his brows knitted in worry.

The moment their eyes met, he leaned in closer. “Jennie, how are you feeling?” he asked softly, his voice laced with concern.

Jennie didn’t answer immediately. Her throat tightened, and her eyes brimmed with tears. “Eun Woo... I’m not okay,” she whispered, her voice barely audible. “I don’t want to live anymore.” The pain in her words was undeniable, and soon, silent tears began to stream down her face.

Eun Woo’s chest tightened as he reached for her hand, gripping it gently but firmly. “Jennie, don’t say that,” he said, his tone a mix of empathy and determination. “Life is a precious gift. Don’t throw it away because of this pain. You’re stronger than this.” He paused, his eyes searching hers. “But tell me, what happened? Why are you in so much pain?”

Jennie’s lips quivered as she forced out the words, “Lisa… she left me. Without a word, without a reason.” Her voice cracked, and fresh tears fell as the weight of her heartbreak consumed her.

Eun Woo let out a slow, deep breath, his grip on her hand tightening slightly. “Jennie, I know it feels unbearable right now,” he began, his voice steady yet soothing. “But don’t let her departure define you. She walked away, but you’re still here. And you’re not alone—I’m here for you.” He leaned in closer, his tone more resolute.

Turn this pain into power,” he said firmly. “Take this as a challenge. Work on yourself, chase your dreams, and become someone even stronger. Let her see what she lost. Make her regret the day she walked away from you.”

Jennie’s teary eyes met his, and for the first time, a flicker of something other than sorrow appeared—determination. Eun Woo’s words sparked a small flame within her, reminding her that her story wasn’t over yet. She had a chance to rise, to reclaim her life, and to show Lisa what she had left behind.
