"Man, Bakugou must've went hard on you, huh?" Denki lightly teased as he placed his hand on my shoulder. There wasn't a response from me, staying silent and covering my mouth so that the blood pooling in my mouth wouldn't pour out onto the car floor.

"Shut it, dunce face." Katsuki muttered as he shot a quicky glare at him before casting me a look, his expression softening just slightly with a sliver of guilt before he quickly hid it. His gaze returned to the road as he continued driving.

"You're no fun, Bakugou." Sero whined as he reached his head over the driver's seat and placed his chin on Katsuki's shoulder. "Hands off!" Katsuki shouted gruffly as he jerked his shoulder to get Sero off of him. Sero let out a soft chuckle before going mostly silent, making the atmosphere more fitting for the situation. Well, except for the occasional music suddenly coming on and off whenever Katsuki's foot pressed down just a little too hard on the gas.

He glanced at me once more for probably the tenth time in the last five minutes. "Does it hurt?" Which was probably the millionth time he asked since my tooth broke.

Of course it hurts. It always does.

My hand slips away from my mouth, the small amount of crimson liquid that already surrounded my mouth smearing across my cheek, chin, and lips. I simply nod in order to not make him feel more guilty before swallowing some of the blood in my mouth, the metallic taste causing me to grimace just slightly. I think he doesn't believe me based off how his eyebrows furrowed and his eyes narrowed, but he didn't comment on it or pry.

"We're almost there." Katsuki reassured, though his tone didn't match the message, as per usual.

...

"Pretty ironic that the person with a hardening Quirk ended up breaking a tooth." Denki commented playfully, breaking the silence. Sero let out a small chuckle. "Mhm..." I hum in response as I turn my head to the window, watching the street lights and houses pass by.

*Timeskip to after they got to the hospital and checked in and whatever because I have literally NO idea how that works*

"'Not urgent' my ass..." Katsuki muttered scornfully after the nurse had left to cater to other patients in the hospital. "Katsuki, there's other people here that are hurt too. I mean, which is more important: a guy with a broken tooth or a guy with a broken leg?" I try to reason with him, the small cotton ball the nurse gave me to press against my broken tooth to deal with the blood causing my words to come out slurred. He scoffed. "Whatever. It still pisses me off..."

"Aw~ Who would've thought Bakugou gets all soft when someone he likes gets hurt?" Sero teased. Katsuki turned his head to the side, and I could've sworn I saw a subtle red tint on his cheeks. "Shut up." He hissed as he slapped Sero in the back of the head, causing him to whine in frustration.

"Geez, no need to get mad..." Sero mumbled as he rubbed where Katsuki hit him.

If this keeps up, this is going to be a long night...
