Chapter 18 - Sam and Rose

"You look the same as always!" Sam greeted me then followed by her hugs and kisses.

"So how is it being the Assisant Director to Baz Luhrmann?" Sam asked.

"To be honest, he kicked me out" I replied.

"Woah! Seriously? Your own Uncle kicked you out?" she asked.

"I said a fact" I replied.

"Let's forget about it, what about Leonardo DiCaprio?" she teased.

"Leo? Oh we're fine. It's not that awkward anymore" I replied. She looks at me like I said it wrong.

"How about the 'the promise, we will meet again and get married'?" she continued teasing me.

"That's not cool anyway" I said.

"And now you're denying it" she said.

"Keep your mouth shut, we will go see him now" I said as we walk in the hotel lobby.

"Hey" I said to Leo who's busy drinking a cup of coffee.

"Hi" Sam said to him.

"Oh Hi, you must be Sam" he said.

"Leo" she said.

Suddenly, Jiana Rose and Callan appears.

"Hi" Jiana said.

I stare at her not wanting to say anything. I'm not in the mood to talk to her.

Leo smiled the Jiana and Callan disappeared.

"So what do you do?" Leo asked Sam.

"I am a Photographer" Sam replied.

"That's cool, what type?" Leo asked.

"More on portraits" Sam replied.

"How did you two meet?" Leo asked.

"We met in a summer workshop seven years ago" Sam replied.

Flashbacks

"Where is it?" I said. I think I lost my Leonardo DiCaprio official biography.

"Searching for something?" some girl asked.

"Yeah, I lost a book" I replied.

"Is it the book with the handsome guy on it?" she asked.

"Yep, have you seen it?" I asked.

"It's with Chloe" she replied.

Oh no, Chloe the bitch. "She said she owns it" she added.

I leave the girl and walked out of the room trying to search for that Chloe. I saw her sitting on the bench with her friends.

"This is my boyfriend, Leonardo DiCarpio" she said.

"It's Leonardo DiCaprio, idiot!" I said.

"And that book is mine!" I said.

"Not anymore" Chloe replied.

"Give me that!" I said then we two began fighting. She grabs my hair but I pinched her hands with my strength.

Then she pushed me away.

"Where is the book?" she asked everyone.

The book? Where is it?!

"We will continue.." Chloe said thrn left.

I fixed my hair and started searching for my book.

"Hey!" Someone said. It is tye firl who told me that it is with Chloe.

"Here" she gave me the book.

"You got this?" I asked. She nods and smiled.

"Thank you, by the way I am Rose" I said.

"Sam" she said.

Present

"Why are you smiling?" Sam asked.

"I just remembered how we became friends" I replied.

"How?" Leo asked but I think it's too personal and embarrassing to be told.

"It is.." Sam supposed to reply but I interrupted.

"It's a long story" I said.

Sam looks at me like I'm so mean.

"But I am very happy for Rose that she found you" Leo said.

"Yes, Rose is very lucky having a friend like me" Sam teases.

"I wish we've been close just like that" Leo said.
