Sleepover

Just before we got to her house, it began to rain. I went to open the car door, but she stopped me. She reached in the back for an umbrella, stepped out of the car, and grabbed the door for me. As I stood up, she pulled me closer to her so we were both shielded from the rain. I wrapped my arm around her waist as we walked towards the front door.
She reached into her pocket for her keys, as she unlocked the house, shark jumped up on me, pushing me into a puddle.
"Shark! Oh, I am so sorry!! Let me help you up," she grabbed my hands and pulled me to my feet. I looked down at my cloths, now drenched.
"I'm actually so sorry, let's get you a shower and some change of clothes." She walked me to her bathroom, and brought me a pair of sweats and a baggy shirt.
"Thank you." As she started to walk away, I said "Wait-"
"Yes?" She stood there looking me up and down, "is there something you needed?"
I panicked. "Where are the towels?"
"Of course, they are in the closet behind you."

After my shower, I dried off and got dressed. Throwing my hair in a messy bun, I exited the bathroom. Billie was on the bed, also changed into comfy cloths.
"Hey, I was just looking for what movie we should watch. What are you thinking?" She looked over at me, her eyes fixated on mine.
I climbed into the bed, "Maybe a Christmas movie? It's perfect weather out."
"I'm down... it's supposed to be cold tonight." She pulled me in further, her body heat became one with mine.

By now, it was 10:00pm. We had watched a few movies together, and my eyes are starting to feel heavy.
"I'm tired," I mumbled, half asleep.
"I know, it's ok." her voice sounded raspy.
I was holding on to her waist, my head resting on her chest. She ran her fingers through my hair,
"I don't wanna let go." I said, squeezing tighter.
"Don't." she looked down at me, kissing me on my head.
I was fast asleep.
