Each hallucination has their own unique forms, mainly taking forms of scary shadow demons or 'The Hat Man'. But with the new subjects hallucinations, they have taken the form of his friends.
[Shelly, the hanged shell]
-She appears in hallways or in real Shelly's room
-Her rope can get shorter so it doesn't drag around when she moves
-Her head is permanently tilted to the side, maybe it's from her neck snapping from the noose???
-She seems docile, only there for the scare factor
[Deformed Goob and Scraps]
-Conjoined limbs and skin
-Goob has a broken jaw and gouged out eyes
-Scraps shares the same features but just mainly screams most of the time
-ARE NOT DOCILE!!!! Will attack you without warning!!!!
-Goob might still have the hug ability???
[Sprout and Cosmo, the eater and the eaten]
-Sprout gets violent when you don't eat what he offers you
-Cosmo is the food you're offered to (gross 🤮)
-Sprout is obviously not docile
-Cosmo can be reanimated and chases you if you outrun Sprout
[Poppy, bubble addict]
-She is surprisingly docile
-She has more awareness than the other hallucinations
-She seemed worried about the subject
-She snorts when she wants a speed boost
-She mainly stays in her real self's room
There's a possibility that the subject will get more hallucinations of other people, future investigations will be pending.

Note from Brightney: Boxten's therapy session didn't go well...he shut down when I questioned about his freakout a few days ago. He also seemed to have scars? Might ask him about that if he doesn't shut down again tomorrow.
