TWICE SIGNAL: inspired story

- Chapter 1 -

The story begins here...

I heard my alarm clock going off. "Mmm," I said, lightly tired a lil. I suddenly feel more awake when I smelled my mom's pancakes downstairs. I feel quite energetic now. I quickly ran downstairs and went to the dining room.

"Good morning Mom!" I said, happily. "Good Morning, Sweetheart," My Mom said. "How was your sleep? Did you sleep well?" My mom said, happily. "Yes, I slept well," I said while munching on my pancakes. "Hurry up, sweetie, you're going to be late to school." My mom said. I groan. Right, school. But thankfully, it was Friday. I quickly ran upstairs to get my things together and put on my school clothes.

I walked down to the bus stop, and while I walking, I was listening to Signal by Twice. "eonjebuteonga nan nega joha~ jigi sijakhaesseo baboya wae ireohgedo nae mameul molla~" I sang a little and danced to the choreography of signal. "eonjekkaji ireohge dunhage nareul chinguroman daehallae naega wonhaneun geon geuge aninde~" I sang the rest of the pre-chorus. "Signal bonae signal bonae jjirit jjirit jjirit jjirit~" i sang and danced to this part with a huge smile on my face. I immediately stopped dancing when I saw the bus coming. Wow, it would be really embarrassing if they saw me dancing and singing like a maniac.

I got on the bus and sat in the backseat , A.K.A. best spot ever!!! while the bus was moving, I looked at my lock screen while listening to signal by TWICE .

Of course, I replayed the song, it's THAT good! It's that type of song you could replay over and over and over again and never get tired of it! I looked outside the window and imagined myself in a music video while listening to the song, I even imagined myself with powers like twice had in the signal music video, Ahaha. All the powers they had was super cool but, my personal favorite is Chaeyoung's telekinesis.

Anyway, after a couple of bus stops, i arrived at school. If i had to be honest, school is really hard and stuff but my only motivation is seeing my friends AND funny moments in class. I walked to the front and waited for the doors to open. "Yo! Vivian!" I heard a familiar voice in the distance and turned around, it was one of my friends, Lynn! "Hi Lynn!" I said to her. "Hi! I'm so glad today is Friday!" Lynn said, out of breath because she ran to me. "Lynn speaking facts, as always." i turned around to see who said that and it was one of my friends, Kathy! "Hi Kathy! I didn't see you there!" I said. She giggles.

After a few minutes of talking, the bell rang to let us in the building. Finally! It was freezing cold outside! Anyways, me and my friends were currently walking to our first hour. Speaking of classes, it pretty insane that me and my friend's schedules are almost the exact same! Cool, Right? This is what the hallway looked like:

During the walk to our class, we talked about what we gonna do over the weekend. "So, what you two gonna do over the weekend?" Kathy asked us. "Sleep" said me and Lynn. We both laughed. "What you doing over the weekend?" Lynn asked, curiously. "Well, I'll might study over the test that we have in science next week on Thursday." Said Kathy. "Wait... we have a test in science next Thursday..?" I said. "Yup! Didn't you guys know or...?" Kathy said. "No, we forgot" said Lynn. "Wow" Said Kathy.

After a long conversation, we finally made it to our first hour class, history! This is what the classroom looked like:

We were the first ones here! My friends and I sat in our seats. Our seats are the last row of desk in the classroom. My seat was in the far back corner, Lynn sat next to me, and Kathy sit in one desk in front of me. We put our stuff down near our desk. "Do you guys wanna walk around and find the rest of our friend group?" Lynn asked. "Heck yeah!" I said. "Sure!" Said Kathy. "Guys! Today is Technically an unofficial early release day, remember?" I said to them to make sure they won't forget. "Oh yeah!" Said Lynn. "I didn't forget about it." Kathy said while smiling.

"Hi guys!" We heard a voice behind us, we turned around and we saw another friend of ours, Mia! "Hi Mia! We're planning to go around the school and find the rest of our friend group, Wanna join us?" Lynn asked. "Sure!" Mia said while putting her backpack down on her seat.

"Today's is about to be good!" I said. "Yup!" Kathy said. We walked around in the building to look for the rest of our friend group. While walking, we found one of our friends, Vanessa! (She was in the gym for soccer practice, it was raining outside so the coach brought the soccer goals in the gym for practice). "Hi Vanessa!!!" I shouted hoping that Vanessa could hear me.

Vanessa turned around. "Hi Vivian!" Vanessa waved back. "Hii!" Kathy, Mia, and Lynn said while waving back at Vanessa. "I'm done with soccer practice! Hold on." Vanessa said while running to the locker room to change back into her original clothes. "Alright, let's go." Vanessa said while smiling.

While my and friends were walking down the hallway to our class, we heard a familiar voice, not a good one...... "well well well, look do we have here! It's Vian and her wimpy friends" Ruby said while Charlotte and Sophia laughing at us. "I've told you before that it's Vivian!" I told Ruby. Ruby mispronounced my name on purpose to make fun of me! "I genuinely do NOT care how your name is pronounced, loser!" Ruby said. "Seriously, what's y'all problem with us? Y'all always insulting us every day for no reason." Said Kathy. Kathy was right, these 3 girls were ALWAYS picking on us! The freaking school won't do anything about it because the principal is Ruby's Father!

Every time me and my friends go to the principal's office to tell him about ruby and her friends bullying us, he'll say "mY DaUgHtEr wOuLdN'T Do tHaT, bUt i'lL CaLl hEr dOwN To mY OfFiCe." And get this! Ruby, Charlotte, and Sophia don't get in trouble because she lies about NOT bullying us! It's totally not fair!

"Because y'all are losers AND nerds." Charlotte said. "Yeah!" Sophia agreed. "Nerds? A nerd usually means a person who is extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable about particular subjects. Don't really know why you're using that as an insult, but we'll take it as a compliment!" Kathy said. Wow! Kathy really shut the bully's mouth with that one! "That's not what I mea-" Charlotte got cut off by one of teachers in the hallway.

"Girls, Go to class before y'all get counted as tardy!" Mrs. Aryls said. Btw shes my English teacher! "Okay, we'll go to class!" I said with a smile on my face. We walked to history class. Ruby and her gang side-eyed me. I didn't care. Ruby always insult me by calling me teacher's pet. Not my fault I always follow the rules!
