kennedy was awoken by being roughly shaken by her older brother. groaning in pure annoyance she flips herself over snuggling into jj's warm side. luring herself back into deep sleep until her brother began to shake her once again.
"john b i swear to fuck if you don't stop shaking me i will drown you in the marsh" kennedy angrily mumbled, reaching her arm behind her to flip him off.
john b huffed at her stubbornness before turning to wake jj up this time. "yo, jj, you been outside" john b slapped the back of jj's leg before walking outside leaving the two blondes alone.
"i have polio, bro. i can't walk" jj sleepily mumbled into his pillow, wrapping a arm around kennedy's body yanking her into him. he started to drag himself out of bed till kennedy pulled him down again.
"shut up jj i'm trying to sleep" kennedy whined into his bare chest.
"come on sunshine we have to see the damage" jj finally pulled himself out of her grip, waiting for her to also get up.
"nah i'm alright you can though" kennedy declined his request digging her head into the pillow.
"i wasn't asking, you are coming outside" jj wrapped a arm around her waist throwing her over his shoulder before heading outside.
"i hate you jj i hope you know that, you and john b are both on my shit list" kennedy complained as jj placed her down pulling her into his chest. her head rested there her eyes slowly re-shutting once again.
"are you being serious right now are you falling asleep standing?" jj shook his head a low chuckle escaping past his lips.
"mhm i'm tired" kennedy mumbled wrapping her arms tightly around his torso. jj laughed at the girls antics before tearing his gaze away from her and over to john b.
"agatha did some work, huh" jj called out to john b sipping from a beer can he had randomly found.
"yeah she did" john b replied back as he was reaching into the hms pouge throwing out all the lose branches.
"you pig" kennedy scrunched her face up as jj burped into her face the smell of cheap beer lingering. jj laughed as she waved her hand in front of her face as she shooed the smell away.
"what you thinkin?" jj questioned the boy walking towards him dragging kennedy along with him. john b pulled himself up into the boat throwing out the branches he was unable to reach.
"im thinkin' that storm surge pushed all the crabs out in the marsh maze. all those drum are gonna chase me he crab." john b informed the two blondes as he continued his clean up.
