2) Quartermaster ( The quartermaster usually supervises which men boarded a target vessel, leading the attack himself. Basically the second-in-command)
3) Navigator ( though the captain and the quartermaster know about the direction, there still should be a professional navigator to get to the exact place without any worry.)
4) Boatswain ( responsible for the ship's stores and ensuring the ship's rigging, sails, and anchors are in good working condition. They are also known as bosun . If the crew is bigger than there would be coxswain.)
5) Officers ( They supervise a team of five or six seamen )
6) Carpenter ( Any sailing ship needs a good carpenter to keep the vessel in good trim, keep on top of any leaks, and make the inevitable and constant running repairs caused by wind, sea, tropical marine creatures, and enemy fire.)
7) Cooper ( they are very useful as they could assemble barrels, a key skill specifically used for opening boxes as there are heavy , big boxes )
8) Sailmaker ( The sail *only if the boat is a sail boat* often gets cuts due to wind or lightning, so they are used for making the sail)
9) Gunner ( To claim " Fire!" When they are attacking another ship or crew . They are usually the captain or the quartermaster.)
10) Cook.
11) Ordinary seamen ( means the commoners )
