The evening sun cast a warm orange glow over the bustling household, where the excitement of the upcoming sangeet ceremony hung in the air.

It was 6 o'clock, and the event was slated to begin soon. Family members and helpers scurried about, busy with final preparations.

Krish and Ruhi slipped back into the kitchen, their faces masked with innocent smiles, but their eyes gleaming with mischief.

"Remember, tonight's the night," Krish whispered, his voice dripping with vengeance.

Ruhi nodded, her ponytail bobbing. "Ayesha's going down."

They moved swiftly, their hands moving in tandem as they prepared Ayesha's juice. Krish poured the liquid into a glass while Ruhi measured out a suspicious powder.

"This will teach her to mess with Aarti's dress and her mehndi," Krish muttered, his eyes flashing with anger.

Ruhi added the powder to the juice, stirring it with a spoon. The mixture dissolved seamlessly.

"Perfect," Ruhi whispered, her lips curling into an evil grin.

Krish chuckled, low and menacing. "Ayesha won't know what hit her."

As they exchanged a wicked glance, the kitchen lights seemed to dim, casting a sinister shadow over their actions.

"Ayesha's going to regret the day she ever touched Aarti's dress," Ruhi hissed.

Krish handed Ruhi the glass. "You do the honors."

Ruhi's eyes sparkled with malice as she took the glass. "My pleasure."

Krish and Ruhi approached Ayesha's room, their footsteps synchronized in a calculated rhythm.

They exchanged a fleeting glance, their eyes locking in a silent understanding.

Krish rapped gently on the doorframe. "Ayesha, can we come in?",

Ayesha looked up from her phone, her eyes narrowing as Krish and Ruhi entered her room uninvited.

"What do you two want?" Ayesha's tone was icy, her gaze flicking between them.

Krish's smile seemed forced. "We brought your favorite juice. Thought you might need a pick-me-up before the ceremony."

Ayesha's skepticism deepened. "Why would you do that, for me?",

Ruhi held out the glass, her expression overly sweet. "We're just being friendly, Ayesha."

Ayesha's eyes lingered on the glass, suspicion etched on her face. "I don't want it."

Krish's smile faltered for a moment before he recovered. "Come on, Ayesha. Don't be like that."

She crossed her arms and asked suspiciously "What if you've mixed something in it?"

Ruhi's expression transformed into mock offense. "Why would we do that? We're not that kind of people."
