The moon-like love that I have, do you have the same love for me too?

The moon-like love that I have, do you have the same love for me too?
I have a love as pure as the moon; do you have love like mine?
I often reach out to the moon, telling it that there's someone who loves you,
and I love him too.
Let's take him with us halfway.
You are the moon; you descend into everyone's courtyard, but he is quite fussy.
He won't come to my courtyard easily.

Let's make a deal. When you bring me into your light, let me share his memories with you.
I'll tell you the good and bad about him, and you can listen to me.
You are the moon, and you have your moonlight. In the darkness of midnight, you look even more beautiful.

You know, I always told him, "You love the moon's light
and the melody of the stars, but why don't you love my madness?" The answer is always the same: "Let it go; it's not the time for these talks. Emotions are fleeting, promises made in passion aren't real.
Even the moon doesn't own its own light..."
