"Is the 26th of January okay for you both? For the wedding."

The question hung in the middle of the dinning room of Jeon's as the clattering of plates and spoons stopped all of a sudden. The small chandelier hanging by the ceiling radiates the warm hue as the room turned chilling for both the boys to whom the question was directed to.

"Umm." Taehyung gulped the food down his throat as he took a small sip of water before fumbling with his words. "Ah. Dad , c-can you not be this blunt?" Taehyung stuttered as he tried to hide the blush forming on his face while the younger one ducked his head down and focused on his half finished food as if it was the most interesting thing in the world at this moment.

"Seriously hyung? You suck at being shy." Yeonjun pointed out earning snicker from around the table causing taehyung to glare at his best friend the hardest since he was the loudest. Watching them in disbelief taehyung towards his boyfriend for some support only to witness his biting his lips while trying to control the smirk forming on his lips.

"You idiot. You shut up. Next dad I just arrived here , took a few bites so at least give a head up before dropping a bomb and you Mr Min do you really want to be a co-wife to Jungkook I can arrange it and uncle , aunt , you both were supposed to be on our side because I expect nothing from my parents and about the date—." Taehyung made a stop as he put a halt to his ranting before dramatically turning towards Jungkook who was avoiding his gaze since he started speaking. In these five months Jungkook has come to know a lot about who Kim Taehyung really is , apart from the stuck up CEO.

And trust me , the boy has it all learned by heart that Kim Taehyung never spares anyone who messes with him , especially his best friend , dad and brother.

"—about the date why don't you ask this mister over here 'cause I'm okay with anything he chooses." Taehyung teased Jungkook with a smirk on his face which had the younger boy a blushing mess earning an 'aww' from their parents.

While Jungkook who was happy a moment ago for not being a center of attention is now fuming with anger as he glared at taehyung cutely with his cheeks in fire. Earning a chortle from the man in front of him he rolled his eyes making it obvious that taehyung was so getting it in return for coming back on him.

Well it seems like Kim Taehyung really doesn't spare anybody.

"So the dates?" Yoongi pointed out , stopping the other grossly staring contest of his best friend which he witnesses quite a lot in office, not here too at least, he won't let it happen in front of his actual salad. Call him bitter? Fine.

"Yeah the dates— I'm sorry I'm sorry I got caught up in a couples quarrel on my way. I deeply apologise for being late. My parents were being moody" Comes the another angelic voice who interrupted jungkook in the middle and the voice which spikes up yoongi's interest who looked at the familiar figure entering the dinning room of the Jeon's.

"Oh it's fine dear." Mrs Jeon assured jimin who took a deep breath as he walked to put his jacket on the nearest couch and joined others on the table. His messy orange hair looked cute on his pretty face which had yoongi hooked on it. However after greeting everyone on the table and hugging jungkook , the orange haired guy didn't even spared a glance at the poor yoongi even for once.

"Did I miss something already?" Jimin questioned as he took the plate from Mrs Kim's hand who served him sweetly. "No you're on time , kook here was about to give us his opinion." Jimin nodded his head when Mr Jeon spoke as he looked at his best friend who was already staring at him.
