Samuel grew up by the sea, spending his days fishing and learning the ways of Mira's people. He never saw his family again, but the memory of his little sister's laughter and his father's teachings stayed with him. And whenever he looked out over the ocean, he knew that somewhere, they were thinking of him too.
Mira, now older and stronger, continued to protect her people, and together, she and Samuel built a life filled with peace and love, far from the violence that had once torn them apart. The ocean was vast, but so was their bond—a bond that no storm could ever break.
The end.

Short StoryA very short story I wrote in my freetime while I was bored. It's short yet emotional, hope you like it. :) Also made it public domain because why not? (I'm too lazy to make a cover for this story by the way)
