Bluey POV

"Soooo," Chloe teased, drawing out her speech, "how was Trevin?"

I could barely hear the question. My mouth stretched into a yawn. Thanks to Mack, I barely got any sleep last night. Totally worth it. Now I would be tired for this already awful biology lab. Where is the sexy hound when I need him? Also thanks to Mack, I had a slight hobble, because of I closed my legs even a little, a dull pain would roar from my sex. I closed my yawn and asked what she said.

"You and Trevin," she then quieted her voice, "did it, right?"

"Oh, uh, nah, we broke up." I tried to sound sad, but, knowing who I was with now, and what Trevin did to me, I felt nothing but relief. Mackenzie was better in every way. He was considerate, smart, thoughtful, the list went on. The girls, who were so used to hearing about how much I adored the pittie, and they were undoubtedly shocked.

"What!" Coco asked, trying to keep quiet in our silent biology lab.

"Why did you break up?" Chloe asked, far more calmly.

"It's complicated." He beat me, threatened to rape me, and tried to kill Mack. "I just thought we were going to be better off."

"I'm sorry Bluey, that's a three year relationship down the drain."

"It isn't down the drain, I spent that time cataloging every red flag ever." I said. They obviously didn't like the joke.

"But I saw you limping." Coco reasoned.

My limp was a combination of Trevin's abuse and Mackenzie's overzealous treatment. The salt bath made it feel far better. We didn't store bath salts in our bathroom, Bingo and I, which means he must have gotten them from my parent's bathroom. I shivered internally at what he must have saw.

"Oh yeah, I am." I agreed, because it would be foolish to say I hadn't been limping.

"Well," came Chloe's voice, "why is that."

Thoughts of Mackenzie fucking my brains out flashed through my head, and I blushed outwardly.

"Oh, no reason." I refused any eye contact. At this point, they knew something happened. You don't come to school walking like you have a TV up your ass for no reason. Chloe and Coco looked at each other knowingly.

"So you did do it, didn't you?"

"How would you know if I did?"

"Because," the Dalmatian said, "that was my excuse after getting it from Gruber."

The water I was drinking suddenly found itself all over the table.

"Gruber! Sweet little Gruber?" Coco exasperated. It seemed she was as shocked as I was. Gruber, the gentle giant of our relatively small circle, only an inch or two taller than Mackenzie. He was sweet, innocent, and God-fearing. The image of him going at it with Chloe was a thing I wanted out of my head.

"Yeah, it never went anywhere though." She noticeably frowned.

"Why not?" I asked stupidly. I knew the reason.

"Because, he's a German shepherd, and I'm a dalmatian. I want to get married someday, but y'know," she snickered, "society."

"How big was he?" Coco asked. I laughed out loud, making a few dogs look over before quieting down. The absolute fall of this girl. We were in the middle of a biology lab, and she wanted to play hypothetical battleships. Not that I wasn't curious, having seen two within the past day, both polar opposites.

Chloe sucked a breath in through her teeth. "Pretty big." Was all she said, then she turned to me. "So, you slept with Trevin before breaking up, how much of a dog was he?"
