"you're finally, come on! Let's go!" Lulu Spencer abruptly opened Dillon's door and bounced on his king sized bed, which was a mess by the way.
"Personal space Lulu, ever heard of it?" Dillon couldn't help but smirk at her entrance.
"You know, I could have been getting dressed." Dillon says, giving her a look.
"Dillon, I've already seen all you had to offer. Speaking of, you should get changed. Or I'm going to be late for work. Again." Lulu slightly cringed at the mention of work, she had to be the world's worst waitress.
"That...is true. That's also besides the point, wait. Why am I taking you to work? Don't you have a car?" Dillon quickly buttoned up his shirt.
"Because Diego is a complete asshole." Lulu was fuming even at the mention of Diego.
"That's fair. He did something to your car? Where is your car?" Dillon raised an eyebrow.
"Dillon, he stole my fucking car. I don't know what he's gotten himself into, I just know that Georgie isn't talking to him. I don't know. All I know is now I'm in a rut. My dad thinks that it's my fault because I said Diego could drive it last night. I didn't know he was going to steal it!" Lulu explained with a sigh, how did she even get in these situations?
"What? Oh my God Lulu. Diego stole your car?" Dillon was shocked.
"Yeah. I guess it's my fault, I'm too trusting. I should have known better." Lulu slightly hung her head, waiting for Dillon to tell her "I told you so."
"Lulu, you didn't know. We all make mistakes, it's a lesson learned. Come on, I'll drive you to work. When do you get off? Are you doing anything after work?" Dillon patted her shoulder, he didn't want Lulu to beat herself up over scum like Diego Alcazar.
"I know, I just feel bad about it. I get off at five, why?" Lulu And Dillon walked downstairs, Lulu shrugged on her coat at the door.
"I was thinking that we could have one of our famous movie nights, nobody but Alice is going to be here tonight. We could grab some snacks and drinks after you get off, I know we haven't had one in a while." Dillon suggested, Dillon and Lulu hadn't spent much time together lately. Dillon missed his best friend.
"Really? Are you serious? I would love that! I'll be looking forward to it, you always know how to cheer me up. I'm sorry that I've been so distant, I've just been in my head. Thank you for doing this." Lulu smiled at him.
"Lulu, you're my best friend. The truth is that I would do anything to make you smile, I'm always around. Don't forget that." Dillon squeezed her hand as they left the mansion and headed to his car.
"I know you are, maybe it's time I start addressing my problems instead of being passive aggressive." Lulu forced a smile, sharing her feelings had always been hard.
"That's my girl!" Dillon smirked, pulling out of the driveway.
"I'm sorry, I know I'm late!" Lulu called out as she speed walked into Kelly's.
"Lulu, I know you can't be on time for anything. I promise I won't tell Mike." Georgie Jones chuckled, standing behind the counter.
"Diego stole my car, so I had to wake Dillon up. Dillon drove me here." Lulu sighed tying a black apron around her waist, walking towards the counter.
"What? Diego's beyond help, I swear. I'm sorry Lulu, I know how much that car meant to you." Georgie frowned.
"It's okay, Dillon cheered me up." Lulu shrugged her shoulders.
"Do you think you two will ever...get together?" Georgie asked.
"I don't know. I think everyone knows how I feel about Dillon except for Dillon. Would it really be a good thing if we did? I don't want to hurt you more than I already have." Lulu sighed, she was finally being honest with herself.
"Lulu, I wouldn't be upset with you for going out with Dillon. Mostly because I have a thing for Spinelli but, you deserve all the happiness. You and Dillon both. What did you two talk about?" Georgie lightly smiled, things were going so good with Spinelli.
"You and Spinelli are a couple? Good for you, both of you. After I get off, Dillon wants to have a movie night with me." Lulu couldn't help but smile.
"We are, it's going well. Maybe this is Dillon making his move on you." Georgie shrugged.
"Maybe." Lulu didn't give much thought to the situation as she got to work, five o'clock rolled around faster than Lulu had anticipated. Lulu And Dillon walked to the store and grabbed drinks and a bunch of snacks, they got into Dillon's car and he drove them back to the mansion.
"So, I got some news today." Dillon announced, as they settled into the couch getting ready to watch Spider-Man 2.
"Yeah? I hope it's good, I don't think I can take much more bad news." Lulu cautiously looked at him.
"This production company wants to turn my manuscript into a movie, they want me to fly out to California." Dillon didn't know how she would take this news.
"Dillon, that's amazing! I am so proud of you!" Lulu threw her arms around him, embracing him.
"Come with me." Dillon pulled back to look at her.
"You want me to come with you? To California?" Lulu asked, a little shocked.
"Lulu, I want you. I want you so badly that it almost hurts. I want to have a life with you." Dillon grasps her hands in his.
"And here I thought you just wanted to be friends. Of course I'll go with you." Lulu smiled, leaning in for a kiss.
