Hey! I found a spell a few months ago. It was supposed to give me ice powers but it failed.:( But, it did make my finger tips cold. Your supposed to say it twice, but I did not feel anything after I said it twice. So I said it a lot until my fingertips got cold. Here is the spell. Let me know if it works!
