That's what happened to her. Reyna rises through the ranks, and soon enough she is the Lieutenant, but she never really stopped to think who she threw out of that position. Thalia Grace. Reyna has no remorse though, she deserves it. But what will Thalia do? She too worked hard for that position. So, she made it her mission for Reyna to be kicked out of the Hunters. Now, out of the hunt, Reyna hates Thalia but mostly the fates for what they've done to her. The Fates hurt everyone. The Fates preyed on Reyna, now Reyna is the hunter, and the Fates are the prey.
