I put my boots and my outfit on and walked outside in the grass to go find Minji.
I saw her walking and caught up to her.
"Hey" I said smiling "hi" she said looking away "what's wrong?" I asked "I don't think I fit to be your friend." she said "I don't belong here, nobody seems to be happy about me and you." she said looking down and feeling sad and guilty "no it's fine, ignore them they are always mad like that." I said looking at her "they just want me to marry a man." I said "and I don't want to" I said playing with my rings.
"Please stay, I can't live or survive without you here." I said and Minji smiled "I'll stay" Minji said holding my hand.
"So the ball is tomorrow." I said smiling "another?" she asked "well it's more of a party" I smiled and laughed "we're gonna go together and show them that we're good together." I smiled and we walked back I got he palace.
"hello dear." my mother said "wear pink tomorrow please" she said "yeah I will." I said going to my room and Minji followed.
"is your mom always grumpy like that?" she asked "yep" I said looking at her.
"It's just the way she is." I said "oh" Minji replied "ever since I was young she always told me to marry a prince when I was older" I said "but I never agreed to it" I said finishing what I was saying.
"my family knew I was gay" Minji said laughing and I let out a chuckle.
We got dressed in pink for the ball and seen everyone there "my gosh it's pretty" I said and Minji laughed "it's beautiful" she agreed as we walked down the stairs to the ballroom.
I saw a prince my mother brought and I sighed seriously?
"Wonyoung this is Joey" my mother said "hi" I said acting like I loved him so my mom wouldn't be mad.
Minji thought that I now picked him.
