"That couldn't be right" That was the first sentence i'm muttered upon staring at the dark sky where my ceiling suppose to be. I pick myself up and try to recall what happened before and i only remembered that i went to my room to take a nap. 'What happens, where am i, and why am i eerily calm about this'. As i look around me, i found myself in an alley with the main street in front of me. After i walk outside i was greeted by silence. An abandoned residential area and more desolate metropolis beyond.' What happened her-'."there's a life one over there! ".

"That's weird i already checked that alley","whatever just go deal with him so we can link up with main group". Before i manage to finish my thoughts, i saw a group of people in white. Eight of them, with white outfits and white masks. White mask that i know all to well.'Reunion!'. My instinct take over my body, i point my finger and focus an energy that flow throughout my body. Energy that i did not aware up until now. Heat on the tip of my finger became more intense until it reach breaking point. Time stop on my perception, there is only me and eight of these reunion member. Everything else beyond that did exists to me at that moment. A lightning of silver shoot forward, incinerate all in it path. They could not even react. How fragile is life, life that i just snuff out. Why am i still calm? what is this lightning? Wait silver lightning? 'Luminous lunar thunder' this is power of Dao NanXing, a character i created when i was a kid.

"I'm in terra". As i stare forward i saw a mirror on the side of the road. Wait what do i look like now? I rushed toward the mirror and i saw... me. Some of the people in transport to another world story they became the best version of themself or more. I'm still me. Same face, same height, same expression. I look to metropolis beyond. A world foreign to me, a new world, a new beginning in a dying world. Can i go back to my world? Do i want to go back? Do i has a world to go back. I disappointed all the people who trusted me. In return i was abandoned, living for the sake of another day. Nothing to look forward to, no one to share with. Is that a life i want to return?

I stare at the palm of my hand and a spark of silver lightning and blue fire show themself. 'These is the cards that I've been handed now. I will make it work!'. I will live a life that i will not regret even when i'm living in dying world.

'Now let's see what can i do'. As i walk i try to recall what my character can do. I has his experience and battle instinct. The energy inside me is named innate energy. I can conjure lightning and fire. I can summon shadow beast and travel or teleport through shadow. I can also summon weapons and armor that i created in special way. Healing pulse should be able to deal with oripathy in my body. Barriers. Common barrier, defensive dome or wall for mostly combat. Search barrier, an invisible circle with me at the center that detect everything inside the circle.

Let's try first 'centipede'. A giant centipede emerges from the shadow of my boot. After that i imagine that the shadow beneath me is a hole and i fall into it. Few meters forward i emerge myself. Barriers works also work after first try.

i will only use shadow beast, healing pulse and barriers. I can evolve my elemental power so i will hide that for now.

As i move forward, i saw a park. 'This should be where rhodes islan-'.

"Stop right there!". Dobermann order me to stop before i proceed to the park entrance.

'Right on time'. I thought to myself as i saw Amiya, Doctor, Ace, Dobermann and the rest of the rhodes island. "I'm just trying to get out of this place". As i said this, i continue to walk towards the entrance of the park.

"Sto-!!!" Before dobermann could finish, i already summon multiple giant centipedes around rhodes island group. "Look lady, let's not make things difficult for all of us". I slightly raised my voice to prevent them from doing something stupid.
