Zarc smiled as he waited in the curry shop for his boys. It was close to the time they'd agreed on, and Zarc was a little early as he always liked to be. It was always better to be a little early than late. Part of the reason he disliked going out to places with his soon-to-be-ex-wife; she was always at least an hour late.
Zarc pushed all thoughts of Kairi out of his mind. He would much rather think about his boys! Wow, it had been less than 24 hours since he and the Yuus had first met in person, and less than three days since he'd first messaged them about Kairi's affair, and he was already thinking of them as his boys. He was quite fond of them, and he really wanted to spend more time with his boys.
Much to his delight, he didn't have to wait long. Yuto, Yuri, Yugo, and Yuya all walked into the curry shop at the same time. No doubt they'd met up at the university and decided to come to the restaurant together. Zarc smiled as his boys noticed him and came to sit down at the table with him.
"Hi, Zarc!" Yuya said happily. "Were you waiting long?"
"Oh, no, I only got seated about three minutes before you arrived," Zarc reassured him. "It's great to see you boys again!"
"Yeah, last night was a lot of fun!" Yugo said, wiggling in his seat. "It was great to spend time with you guys and get to know you all!"
"I don't have many friends," Yuri admitted. "So it's really nice to be around you four."
Yuto smiled. "We have quite a bit in common, and enough differences to make things interesting. And I know I would definitely enjoy spending a lot of time with you all."
"Yeah!" Yuya said, nodding his head emphatically. Zarc chuckled. "I think we can all agree on that!"
