That weird day..

"Dear diary."

"The solar system. Our so called "home". Everything was normal until.. A new planet joined the solar system, and no, I'm not talking about Pluto becoming a planet again, I'm talking about that brownish planet with.. rings? Anyways I hope I can become friends with them!"

Neptune was writing on his diary with an old pen. He looked around the place, only to see the small amount of light coming from the Sun, lighting the small compered to him asteroids. He then turned to his back to see if Guillermo was there. He found nothing. "That's unusual.. Guillermo is always by my side!" He thought but let it go.

Uranus was orbiting silently, stealing glares at Saturn, most certainly, his rings. Then he noticed that Neptune was going past his orbit.

"Hey, Mate! Y' know the Sun hates it when we leave our orbits, Right?" Neptune blinked, one eye at a time.

"I think I do..? I'm not quite sure..." He said and looked around the place again. "Can you feel it.? That weird aura?" Uranus just stared at him and sighed.

"Neptune.. I think you've been alone for a really long time..." Then he orbited away, leaving Neptune in the silent and lonely darkness.

He sighed too, still looking around but then noticed something laughing in the dark. Something like a planet.. but it was too big to be a dwarf planet.. "Maybe a new planet in the solar system!" He thought and smiled. Although Neptune was never really afraid of the dark, something right now made him scared. He didn't know what or why but he could feel chills run down his spine. He walked closer to see who this brownish planet was.

"Hello? Is anyone there?" Neptune said, showing no fear surprisingly. Then, three red irises appeared in the darkness and Neptune jumped back. The creepy planet approached Neptune, giggling. Its irises turned white and gave Neptune a warm smile. "Suspicious? Not at all!" Neptune thought and approached the planet.

"Good day to you, Sir.." The tall creepy planet spoke with a soft voice.

"Hello there! Are you a new planet in the solar system?? I'm Neptune! What's your name? Wanna be my friend??" Neptune said, his purple eyes shining in excitement. The planet's eyes widened a bit. He didn't expect someone like that to not be afraid of him.

"Uh- These indeed are too many questions.. eh hem. My name is Iris. It's a pleasure to meet you, Neptune..." Iris grinned widely.

"Hello Iris! Welcome to the solar system!! I hope you'll have fun in here!"

"Oh, trust me, dear Neptune.. I will..."

Minutes have passed and Neptune was showing Iris the kuiper belt and all the fun things he does in there. The "fun things" were talking with Guillermo or eating asteroids, he didn't have that many things to do since Uranus never wanted to spend time with him.

"Uh so! Neptune.. Your solar system is really.. okay..? But! Do you by any chance know a planet named, "Earth"?" Iris bent over to Neptune's level and stared at him with his 3rd eye glowing red.

"Earth? Hmmm... Nope! Never heard of that name!" Neptune said and continued orbiting around the kuiper belt. Iris rolled his eyes then got up and followed him.

"Ugh.. Great. Of all the planets in here now I have to stay with the stupid one.." Iris whispered and crossed his arms. "Although.. If it was someone like Jupiter, he would've thrown me out of the solar system immediately.." He whispered.
