It's been 3 months since my boyfriend and I broke up. I can't accept it; those times were so painful. We were okay, but I don't know, everything suddenly changed. Now I don't know where he is. I hate him; I f*cking hate him for leaving me. Those days were so painful for me, and now I'm trying to move on, but damn, I miss him. I miss my man, and if we ever see each other again, even though I still love him, I won't be easy to get. If I need to pretend that I don't know him, I will just forget him.
"Rie anak? Are you awake? You need to fix yourself, we're going to your new school." tawag ni mommy sakin
"Yes mom, I'll go downstairs after I fix myself." pagkatapos kung sabihin yun yabag paalis na lamang ang narinig ko
D*mn, I almost forgot today is the day where I'll go to my new school. Hayy, buti na lang ginising ako ni mommy.
By the way, my name is Raven Valkyrie Artemis, and if you ask me what my ex-boyfriend's name is, he's Matthew Adam Villaruz.
Matapos kung maligo at mag ayus agad naman akong bumababa para kumain.
"Honey come here, let's eat. Your dad and I will go with you honey." bungad ni mommy
"Okay mom, but can you just tell me where it is? Papahatid na lang ako kay Manong Ben." sagot ko
"No, baby, Manong Ben doesn't know your school. Only your mom, your dad, and your brothers Jed and Jethro know about that school. It's far from the school you know and are used to," Dad replied while we were eating.
"Why dad? What kind of school is that? Bakit doon pa ako mag aaral daddy, and doon din mag dorm?" Tanong ko
"It's for us to keep honey, and for you to find out. Doon ka namin nilagay ng daddy mo kasi we know that, that school will help you honey." sagot naman ni mommy
"Hmm okay mom, doon din diba nag aaral sina kuya Jed at Jeth? They never mentioned me about that school nor the name mom." sabi ko naman
"We planned it that way, honey, because we want you to discover it yourself. You'll find out when we get there. Just a piece of advice, honey, be careful and don't let your curiosity kill you, okay?" Dad said. I just nodded and continued eating because I knew they wouldn't tell me until I got there.
A few minutes later, we were in the car now, just me, Mom, and Dad going there with my luggage because they said I couldn't go out there.
"Mom, is it far?"
"Yes, honey, you can take a nap if you want; we have a long way to go," Mom replied.
"I had nothing to do but stay quiet. I couldn't help but think about what kind of school it was. Why won't Mom and Dad tell me, even my brothers? They want me to find out myself; why? They don't want me to be curious, but they also don't want to tell me, which only triggers my desire to know about that school. I know it isn't an ordinary school; I don't know what the secret of that school is or why it's far from the school I'm used to. I won't let my curiosity remain just curiosity. I'll do everything I can to find out what's in that school and why I need to study there. Maybe it's better that I study there so I won't see him, and maybe that would be the time I can forget him and move on. Hours passed, and with so many thoughts, I didn't realize I had fallen asleep."
"Honey rie, wake up, it's time to eat lunch. You should eat, malayo pa ang pupuntahan natin honey." gising sakin ni mommy
"Mom, wala pa ba tayu?" Tanong ko habang kinukusot ang Mata
"Not yet baby, malayo pa baby, mukang hapon na tayu makaka dating dun, for now kain ka muna." sagot nito
Agad ko naman tong kinuha dahil sa gutom na din ako. "Mom, kayu ni daddy kumain na kayu?" Tanung ko
"Yes baby, done na kami kumain ng mommy mo kaya kumain kana dyan." sagot naman ni daddy. Tumango na lamang ako at agad na kumain.
Matapos kung kumain ay nag pahinga naman ako tumitingin sa labas ng sasakyan. Hindi pamilyar sakin ang lugar siguro dahil hindi ako pinapalabas nina mommy at daddy. Masasabi kung maganda naman ang paligid, matataas na gusali. Nasa city kami, this is my 1st time na makalabas at maka punta sa ganito kalayu, mas naeexcite ako. Hindi ko naman napansin dahil narin sa napagod kakatingin sa paligid, nakatulog ako.
"Anak, gising na, malapit na tayu." Nang marinig ko ang mga salitang hindi ako nag dalawang isip na gumising sabay tingin sa paligid. Malayo, malayo sa dinaanan namin kanina. I never expected this. Ang creepy ng daanan, halos Puno lahat, ni hindi ko masabi kung may tumitira ba dito or kung may school ba dito.
"Mom, dad, where are we? Baka naligaw tayu, sure napo ba to?" Tanung ko
"Nasa tamang daan tayu baby, dont worry, hindi tayu naliligaw." sagot naman ni daddy
"Are you sure daddy?" Tumawa lang ito na parang nasisiyahan sa reaksyon
"We're here," Mom said, and I immediately looked outside. Mom and Dad got out first, and I followed, looking at what they were looking at.
