Episode 12: "Team Dynamics" (Ishan's POV)
I stood beside Shubman, his hand clasped tightly in mine.
The press conference was a blur of cameras and reporters.
Coach introduced Shubman.
"Shubman, our star player, will address the media regarding recent speculation about his personal life."
Shubman took a deep breath.
"Thank you," Shubman began. "I understand concerns about my relationship with Ishan and its potential impact on the team."
Reporters leaned forward, their eyes fixed on us.
"But I assure you, my commitment to the team remains unwavering," Shubman continued. "Ishan's love and support drive me to excel, both on and off the field."
A murmur spread.
Questions flew:
"Shubman, how do you respond to critics saying your relationship is a distraction?"
"Ishan, how do you handle the pressure of being in the public eye?"
I smiled calmly.
"Shubman's success is my success," I said. "I'm proud to support him unconditionally."
Mayank stepped forward.
"We stand by Shubman and Ishan," Mayank said. "Their relationship strengthens our team's unity."
The room erupted.
Cameras flashed.
Reporters shouted.
But Shubman stood tall.
His hand remained mine.
Together, we faced the storm.
