Chapter Thirty One

Third Person's POV

Ashlynn whispered urgently to her brothers, "We can not just stand here. We need to get Lily to a doctor."

Sage, his voice was raw with emotion, agreed. "Ash is right, she is losing too much blood."

Luke, surprising both Ashlynn and Sage , spoke, is words bringing them an odd sense of comfort, "We will get her in time, do not worry, we will save her"

The Russo brothers fanned out, forming a protective circle around Ashlynn, and Sage. Thoughts of how to protect them where still loud, even though Lily, at this very moment, was their top priority

This was not a good idea

We should not have brought them with us

Why did we bring them here

They are not safe

This is not a safe place for them to be in

Why did we let them convince us into coming with us

They could get hurt

These were all thoughts that rang through the Russo Clan's mind, but they could not focus on those thoughts just yet.

As thoughts like that are what could get them hurt, or worse killed, and they can not die, because if they do die, who would be there to take care of Lily.

Before them, Vladimir sneered, his followers forming a semi-circle, trapping the Russso's and their allies.

"You think you can save her?" Vladimir taunted, twisting the knife in Lily's stomach.

Ashton Russo's eyes blazed with fury. "We will kill you before you harm another hair on her head."

With a nod, the Russso Clan, the Visto Clan and the Greco Clan, charged.

Leo took down two followers with swift kicks, sending them crashing into burned out pillars. Santi disarmed another, slamming him into a broken crate.

Dante and Blaise worked together, taking down three more. Blaise knocking one of the men's gun's out of his hand before delivering two swift punches to his neck, before shooting him in the heart, killing him.

Dante taking the two men who were behind Blaise, quickly grabbed one of the man's arms before using him as a human shield against the other man, as that man began shooting at him, running forward, still holding the now, dead man, he threw the dead man at his companion, effectively causing him to fall, before shooting through the dead man and into the man who was underneath him, killing him.

Luke fought off two, his movements fluid. Punching one in his eye, blinding, before ducking causing the man that was behind him to punch his friend, using this Luke, grabbed the man's arm, using his gun to kill his friend, before stabbing the man in his family jewels, before pulling the knife out and stabbing him in the heart.

Ashlynn and Sage fought in perfect sync, their street fighting skills honed. They exchanged blows with two followers. Using a technique they made, for whenever they were teaming up against people that were more muscular then the two of them.

Sage quickly wrapped his arms around Ash's waist, lifting her up, while turning, this allowed Ash to kick both men to the ground. Using this as an opportunity, Sage and Ashlynn, quickly got on top of the men, before punching them to death, each one punching one man, while the other was busy punching the other man.

Natalya Visto led her family into the fray. Nicholas took down a follower with a single punch. Ivan and Dimitri covered the flanks, shooting anyone that got to close to their family and to the others.
