AISHA

The sun cast a warm glow over the upscale mall, its sleek glass and marble interior reflecting the vibrant atmosphere. I stepped out of the car, surrounded by Aryan's lively siblings and cousins.

Rhea, grinned mischievously. "Today's agenda, pamper Aisha!"

Kabir, chuckled. "And make her forget Aryan's scowling face."

Veer's wife, Inayat, playfully rolled her eyes. "You're just jealous of Aryan's intensity."

Veer is aryan's cousin brother, and Inayat is his wife. They are his uncle and aunt's son and daughter in law. They've arrived in udaipur today in the morning itself just for our wedding.

The group laughed, and I smiled, feeling more at ease.

As we entered the mall, the sound of gentle chatter and soft music enveloped them. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee and baked goods wafted from the nearby café.

Rhea exclaimed, "First stop, designer boutiques!"

My eyes widened at the stunning displays of intricate embroidery and sparkling jewels.

Kabir teased, "Aryan's credit card is burning a hole in our pockets."

Inayat whispered, "Don't worry, Aisha, we'll make sure you look breathtaking for the wedding."

I tried on exquisite outfits, seeking opinions from Rhea and Inayat.

Veer's, suggested, "Aisha, you'd rock that red lehenga!"

Rhea countered, "No, the ivory one complements her skin tone."

Kabir joked, "Aryan will be speechless."

My cheeks flushed, imagining Aryan's reaction. Why am I thinking about him? Like he cares?

In the next store, I modeled a stunning sari.

Inayat gasped. "Aisha, you look like a princess!"

Rhea adjusted the sari's drape. "We'll add some sparkle with jewelry."

Kabir pretended to faint. "Too much beauty, I can't handle it."

The group erupted into laughter.

After hours of shopping, we decided to take a break at a chic café.

Over coffee and pastries, Rhea asked, "Aisha, are you nervous about the wedding?"

I hesitated before Inayat reassured, "We're here for you. You'll be part of our family soon."

Kabir grinned. "And Aryan will...thaw eventually."

The group laughed, and Aisha smiled, feeling grateful for their warmth.

As we sipped their coffee, I noticed the café's elegant decor – marble tables, plush couches, and a stunning chandelier.

Veer grinned mischievously. "Time to call the boss man!"

Rhea nodded. "Yes, Aisha, call Aryan and ask him to meet us."

I hesitated, feeling a flutter in her chest. I don't know how to face him after haldi.

Kabir teased, "Scared of him, huh?"

Inayat reassured, "Don't worry, Aisha, we're here."

I took a deep breath and dialed Aryan's number. The phone rang twice before Aryan's deep voice answered, "Yes?"

My voice trembled slightly. "Hi...Aryan."

"What is it, Aisha?" His tone was curt.

Rhea whispered, "Tell him we're shopping!"
