In the bustling corridors of the prestigious 'New Delhi Medical College' where ambition and competition run high, a chance encounter sets the stage for an unexpected story.

Ishya, a 19-year-old fresh-faced first-year student with dreams of donning a white coat and making her mark in the medical world, walks into this unfamiliar territory with a mix of apprehension and determination. Her soft-spoken nature hides a fierce will to succeed, but she isn't prepared for the storm that awaits her on the very first day.

Enter Akshith, a 23-year-old fourth-year medical student with an arrogant charm that masks his own struggles with the demands of medicine. Known for his confidence and his ability to unnerve anyone he sets his sights on, Akshith finds a new target in the wide-eyed fresher.

When their paths collide during a playful ragging session, sparks fly -but not the romantic kind. What begins as a clash of egos soon spirals into a battle of wits and wills, leaving Ishya determined to hold her ground while Akshith finds himself inexplicably drawn to the very girl he intended to tease.

Little do they know, this rocky start is only the beginning of a journey that will take them through rivalry, friendship, and eventually, the unlikeliest of connections.

His predator

The air in the college courtyard was electric with the hum of conversations, laughter, and a hint of nervousness that clung to every new student's face.
I adjusted the strap of my bag and glanced around, my eyes darting between groups of seniors lounging around, their gazes predatory. I have heard the stories- ragging was a rite of passage here, and while harmless in most cases but it was still something I hoped to avoid , atleast on my first day....My gaze flickered across the crowd, silently praying that I could sneak past the crowd without becoming a target.

"Hey, freshie!" The voice was smooth yet commanding, and I froze, turning to see a tall, broad-shouldered guy leaning casually against a pillar. His white coat was unbuttoned, revealing a navy blue t-shirt underneath, and his smirk carried an air of mischief. His unbuttoned white coat and devil-may-care smirk made him look like he owned the place. A few of his friends sat nearby, their eyes fixed on me like a pack of wolves spotting their prey.

Doomed already... Yay! Love my fate God.

"I-I'm sorry?" my voice stammered on its own and I clutched my bag tighter.

"Rule number one - when someone talks to you, you don't just stand there. You come over. " He drawled, pushing himself off the pillar and walking towards me. "Name?"

"Ishya Bhardwaj," I said without hesitation.

"Ishya Bhardwaj," he repeated, his tone mockingly formal. "Well, Ishya, we have a little tradition here. A dare to welcome freshers into the fold. Let's see if you've got what it takes to survive here" .
