Arjun got a call. He received it. "Hello?" He spoke over the phone. "I want to tell you something about your ex wife Kartika, please come to the City Hospital right away," the mysterious person spoke and the call disconnected. Preeta came. "Preeta, I would need to go to the City Hospital urgently, I will just come," he told her. "But what happened Arjun?" she asked worriedly. "I got a mysterious call, the person said that there's something he needs to tell regarding Kartika," he said. "But she's dead," she stated. "Even I don't understand anything, well, you take care of Raunak and Juneeta, I will be right back," he said. She nodded, and he left.

Arjun entered City Hospital and was greeted by a person who gave him some reports. He checked them. "Back then, your wife had come with some other person, he had bribed the doctors to get her baby aborted," the person said. "But why? Whose baby was it?" he asked. "Basically yours," the person said and Arjun was shocked. "Means Kartika did get pregnant but she never knew," he stated. "Even your reports were exchanged by your ex wife's boyfriend's conspiracy."

Tears rolled down his cheeks and he ran away. Arjun's eyes widened in shock as he processed the revelation. He felt like he had been punched in the gut, his breath knocked out of him. He stumbled out of the hospital, the reports clutched in his hand, his mind racing with questions.
He walked aimlessly, trying to make sense of the information. Kartika was pregnant with his child, and she didn't even know? Someone had bribed the doctors to abort the baby? And his fertility reports were exchanged due to Shikhar's conspiracy?
