3.U.S.A

A few hours later we arrive in Hollywood we walk through the city to the rink where we'll be playing. It's crazy you know how I am able to be there you know. We all walk up the the stadium in our team U.S.A tracksuits coach made us put them on before we got on the plane.
Jesse: wow this place is huge!
Charlie: u seem so shocked have u never been to watch a game before
Jesse: well yeah like once
You: I havent...
Everyone looks over at her.
Goldburg: why do u play hockey if you've never watched someone play it.
You: well I...
Jesse: her parents probably can't be bothered to take her as she's so bad.
Adam: Jesse stop.
Jesse: to be honest I don't think ur parents even think ur good at hockey.
Adam:Jesse stop man
You: adam its fine...
We all continue walking into the stadium. The place is rammed with people when we first get in so connie grabs onto me so we dont get lost. I look out onto the ice to see two teams already playing  I look at the jumbotron it reads 
Iceland.   Vs.     Russia

  Iceland were thrashing russia this made my heart intense a bit I've never played against people older than me. That would be a game I'm not excited for.I continue looking onto the ice when I feel someone tap my shoulder I assume its someone like connie or julie but when I turn I see....

You: hey adam
Adam: oh uh hi.... I just wanted to ask u something
You: what is it?
Adam: well I was wondering if u wanted to come watch the game later with me like you know just us two....
I freeze for a moment is he asking me out or....
You: y-yeah sure
Adam: great ill see u later then
You: yh see you

Connie julie and I were in our dorm it was 5:30pm we had a game the next day against trinidad but tonight adam asked me to go watch the Italy game with him.
Connie: omg i told u he liked u
Julie: girl nows ur chance
You: I dont know what if he's just being friendly
Connie: oh come on be real hey look u need to look sexy
Julie: she already does ml
Connie: ik but we can do better.
Connie rummages through my suitcase and pulls out jeans and a cropped jumper.
Connie: perfect.
I get changed and do my hair I look at the clock it reads 6:00pm  the game starts at 7 but adam said he'd meet me at the hallway at 6:30.
It turns 6:30 and I get ready to leave.
Julie: good luck man
You: thanks kitty
Connie: LOVE YOU!!!!
You: I love u more and with that I left to meet adam.

I walk down the hallway and I spot adam waiting he looks up and notices me.
Adam: wow hey u look nice
You: thanks so do u
Adam: shall we go
I nod and we start walking toward the rink.
Adam: so uhh hows Toby
You: hes doing alright the doctors said he's getting better.
Adam: thats good I mean I bet its alot on you.
You: thanks its ok I mean I'm used to it by now.

We reach the stands for the game and sit down right before it starts. After a bit it starts to get cold and I start to shiver.
Adam: u cold?
You: I mean a bit but its ok
Adam: here
He takes his jacket off and gives it to me to wear.
You: thanks
Adam: no problem
At halftime we go down to get something to eat we get chips to share and a coke each.
Then we sit back down while the second half starts again. After the game gully finished we walk back to the dorms.
Adam: that was good
You: yh it was here have ur jacket back
Adam: actually nah u keep it
You: u sure
Adam: yh
You: ok
Adam: so ill see u at the game tomorrow then
You: yeah
I kiss him softly on the cheek
You: cya
Adam: u-um b-bye
He goes bright red as I walk back to my dorm. I walk in not waking the girls up and fall asleep thinking about what just happened and how that was the best night of my life.
