Yusho was still clearly very upset by lunchtime, so the boys quietly set the table and sat down. As Yoko placed their lunches on the table, Yusho suddenly spoke.
"Yuri, just so you know, whatever Akaba Leo ever did to you before, I won't ever let him do it again," he said, looking at the cabbage-head. Yuri looked up, startled. "What did he say...?"
"I'm not going to repeat it, but it was completely unforgivable," Yusho replied. "Nobody should ever have to experience anything like that, especially not a child!"
"What... did you tell him?" Yuya asked, a little worried. He'd never thought his father could ever be so angry. Yusho was the kind of person who tried to solve all his problems by making them smile. Seeing him so angry was unnerving.
Yusho shook his head. "I'm not going to repeat it in front of you boys," he replied. "But if he's got a single braincell, he'll take it seriously."
