Shidou lie sprawled out on the hospital bed, his position akin to one in which a mother would give birth. A faint grin graced his lips, his eyebrows raised as he gazed at his doctor, a hint of lust in his eyes. "What, you're not gonna lube me up first, doc?" The blonde said, his voice as seductive as a succubi's. "..No, sir, thank you." The doctor denied, his voice making his Indian descent apparent. Shidou merely chuckled in response, his eyes narrowing, as he felt himself hardening at the man's accent, and at the current situation he was in.
After slipping on a fresh pair of blue, cheap gloves, the Indian doctor approached Shidou. He leaned down towards Shidou's unclothed lower regions, placing a gloved hand on Shidou's thigh and spreading his legs wide open. Shidou gazed down at his hardened munk hanging over the doctor's head, gladly inching his legs apart even farther. Mr. Scammer slowly, and gently pushed the thin cotton swab into Shidou's puckered hole, twirling it around in his insides. The cute, little submissive patient on the receiving end of this gentle treatment let out a low moan, his fingers lightly gripping the white bedsheets. The cotton swab made its way further into Shidou's entrance, his unwiped walls clenching around the tool. At the horrendous fumes of Shidou's putrid, dish soap cleansed asshole, the doctors nose wrinkled. He quickly pulled the swab out of Shidou, stepping back. Shidou let out a whine, his own sickening fantasies making him feel as if he could take 103 more swabs, no lube either.
"We're done here, sir.." The doctor muttered, pulling his mask over his nose hastily.
