The best way to describe my world... Are flames... Lots and lots of flames... My world is a barren world, full of darkness, sadness and despair.. This world has been like this since my birth, I've always asked around, asked how this happened... The only place I've found myself at, were these flames of disaster...

This is my story and my path to an Absolution

Surrounded by a light blue aura, a young man with silver hair flew through the air.. This was Silver, a young man who dreams big for someone who lives in a broken and distorted future..

"These flames. They burn away at my world destroying everything in their path. They come from an eternal life form that we cannot truly defeat. The Flames of Disaster known as Iblis."

He spoke aloud, anger slowly seeping through his voice after his final word was spoken... Iblis, the cause of despair, something evoked by the sun God's wrath or so the legend spoke of..

Silver continued flying through the air, looking for anyone to help along the way, if he had not saved them already, a tentacle of fire sprouted from the ground and tried to attack the young man (15) (cannon age being 14), Silver used his telekinetic powers push the tentacle back, which worked.

Just when Silver thought he could relax another tentacle sprouted behind him, his reaction was just a second late.. Before he was turned into a burnt noodle, a magic fireball had the flame tentacle sending it backwards.. A young woman who appeared to be around Silver's age made, well, an appearance..

"Blaze!"

Silver shouted in joy, thankful his best friend was alright, the girl gave a simple nod and went right back to being the stoic savior

"Silver, there are people north of here who need your assistance! I'll handle things here, is that alright?"

She asked simply, Silver smiled, knowing how the Doom family was when it came to helping people.

"It's alright with me! Just make sure to get towards higher ground, these flame tentacles are getting more and more dangerous by the day!!"

"Alright, just hurry up, I wouldn't want those poor innocent people dying on us, ok!"

"Right!!"

Silver flew off in a burst of speed, making sure to reach those people as soon as possible..

Although, once he did arrive, he had seen another person helping out the people... This was the first time he didn't recognize one of the survivors; the young man was sure he'd helped everyone up to this point.. Was he wrong?

"Hmmm, and who might you be?"

A dark and kind of comforting voice spoke, no malice in the tone of voice, but he did speak like a villain out of a video game.. Silver's head perked up, he wasn't in visual range of the man, not yet at least.. And he definitely was in hearing range, so how was he talking..

"Telethapy, a simple trick for someone with no voice, such as myself.."

Silver nodded at this... The man turned towards Silver, who slowly approached, cautious of the man and his actions, unsure of if he was trustworthy or not...

"Do not be alarmed young hero... I simply wish to help get rid of these flames.."

"How can I trust you?!..."

Silver shouted at the man, confusing the people. He turned his head and told them it was nothing to worry about, he created them platforms to walk to the highest building.. He pointed them in the direction of a safe haven, away from the flames of course...

"Now, back to our conversation... How can I trust you?"

"You can't... But I'm your best option at beating the flames, am I not?"

Silver glared, unsure of it... But he thought about it, no matter what he did, he couldn't win.. He wouldn't win, but here comes this guy, helping out innocent people and now offering him help.. He couldn't refuse this chance, this opportunity.. He had to take it... (For his world)

"Why are you helping me? How would this benefit you?"

Silver asked, wanting to know a bit more..

"Much like yourself.. I'm searching for answers.. No.. More like a key, I help you find the cause of all this, and you help me find my key... A win-win situation, no?"

Silver stood quietly, he knew the answer... He wanted a second opinion.. No... He didn't need a second opinion..

"Help me find the cause of all of this.. Help me destroy the Iblis Trigger!!"

"So be it... What's your name kid?"

"I'm Silver, it's nice to meet you..."

"Call me Mephiles... Nice to meet you, Silver..."

Sorry about the shorter chapter, honestly could've dragged it a bit more, but decided this was a great place to leave it at! With the introduction of Mephiles, this officially starts the being of the FUTURE DESPERATION saga and So6! 

Next chapter is going to introduce Elise and some more marvel characters, finally! So look out for it, coming Saturday at around 10 - 11:45 P.M EST!!
