 ~Jimin's Apartment, Evening~

Jungkook sits curled up on Jimin's couch, his hands covering his face as he cries, his sobs echoing softly through the room. Beside him, Jimin's brows are furrowed with a mix of anger and worry, while Jin watches, his face filled with sympathy.

Jin places a gentle hand on Jungkook's shoulder, rubbing it in slow, comforting circles. "Jungkook-ah," he says softly, "please, tell us what happened. We're here for you."

Jungkook takes a shuddering breath, wiping his swollen eyes with the back of his hand. "It's... it's Taehyung." His voice is hoarse, barely above a whisper. "He... he really broke up with me. Yesterday, he just... called me out of nowhere and told me it was over. No explanation, nothing." His voice breaks, and he struggles to continue. "And now he's with Irene..."

Jin's eyes widen in shock, and he glances at Jimin, who looks like he's barely holding back his anger. Jin squeezes Jungkook's shoulder a little tighter, trying to ground him. "Wait, Irene? Are you saying Taehyung..."

Jungkook nods miserably, fresh tears spilling down his cheeks. "This morning... she came to class, and she told me to get up from my seat, like I didn't belong there anymore. And when I asked Taehyung to help, he just... he just stood there. Said I was no longer his boyfriend, that he didn't have a reason to stand up for me." His voice cracks, the pain of the memory still raw. "Then she said she was his girlfriend now, and he didn't deny it."

Jimin's fists clench at his sides, his face darkening with fury. "That... that bitch," he hisses, barely able to contain his anger. "She knew you two were together. She's been hitting on Taehyung this whole time, even after he rejected her. And now he's... what? Suddenly going along with her? That doesn't make any sense!"

Jungkook stares down at his hands, his face pale and expression empty. "I just... I don't understand, hyung. How could he go from being so loving one day to breaking my heart the next? He didn't even give me a reason, and now he's with her."

Jimin shakes his head, running a hand through his hair in frustration. "I tried giving him the benefit of the doubt yesterday. I thought, maybe there was something he couldn't tell you yet, something complicated." He slams his fist against the arm of the couch, his voice thick with anger. "But this? Hurting you like this, so publicly, and with Irene of all people? That's low. Too low."

Jin, who's been watching silently, now speaks up, his voice soft yet firm. "Jungkook, you don't deserve this. None of this is your fault, okay? If Taehyung's going to be this cold, this hurtful, then you don't owe him anything."

Jungkook sniffles, clutching a pillow to his chest. "I know, hyung. But... I loved him so much. I still... I still do. I don't know how to just stop caring."

Jin and Jimin exchange a look, both of them visibly distressed, wishing they could take Jungkook's pain away. Jimin sighs, his expression softening as he places a hand on Jungkook's shoulder. "Look, we're not letting you go through this alone, okay? Taehyung may have hurt you, but you have us. We'll get through this together."

The evening slips away, filled with quiet reassurances, Jin's calming presence, and Jimin's fierce loyalty. They stay by Jungkook's side, giving him whatever comfort they can as he continues to cry, his heart aching with the fresh sting of betrayal.

As the night deepens, Jungkook feels an overwhelming emptiness settle in his chest, and despite Jimin and Jin's comforting words, he can't shake the ache left by Taehyung's sudden, cold departure.
