I was sitting and doing the work patiently.
" Siaaa " SANVI came rushing to me.
" What? Why are you scaring me Sanvi " I replied .

She was jumping and I was laughing.

" What happened Sia ? Everything is okay ? " Sanvi rushed after me looking tensed.
" oh no What to do now ? I was thinking within myself and then,
I vomited not only normal but also my blood ..
" SIAA it's blood vomiting " Sanvi shouted and i came to my senses.
" I- IT 's NO- NOTHING " I REPIED AS SHE WAS PANICKING.
" What are you saying SIA IT's a big matter Let's go to the nearby doctor here" She said and stood up.

" SANVII sanvi first of all calm down please " Sia said to Sanvi.
" How can I calm down ? SIAA pls let's go to the doctor " Sanvi replied .
" WAIT SANVI LISTEN M CAEFULLY NOW BUT FIRST PROMISE ME OU WILL NOT PANIC OR CRY AFTER HERING THIS OUT" Sia said and sanvi hummed.
" I- Umm SANVI I AM... MEANS---" Sia was saying but Sanvi cut her off .
" YOU ARE WHAT SIA TELL ME FAST" Sanvi said looking at Sia.
" SANVI I AM SICK I HAVE BLOOD CANCER AND I'm GOING TO DIE IN NEXT EIHT MONTHS" Sia said it all in one go.
" hahah NICE JOKE SIA NOW TELL ME THE TRUTH THAT YOU DON'T WNAT TO GO TO A HOSPITAL NA " Sanvi replied with a unknown laugh.
" NO SANVI I AM SERIOUS I KNOW YOU WON'T BELEIVE ME EASILY SO SEE THIS" Sia said and shows sanvi the papers of the hospital in her phone.

" NO I WILL NOT LET YOU DIE SIA NO YOU CAN'T DIE YOU CAN'T LEAVE ME ALONE " Sanvi replied and was about to cry loudly but sia put her hand on her mouth and grabbed her another hand, and took her out of the place where they were living.
" NOW CRY AS MUCH AS YOU WANT HERE I WILL CRY TOO" Sia said and removes her hand from her mouth.
