Stargaze. Go outside and stare at the clouds in silence. Notice something you haven't noticed before. Believe that you're enough. Remember that you're always exactly where you need to be. Imagine how someone else feels from your words and actions. Listen to beautiful music with headphones. Look at green grass and blue skies. Stare at sheep. Eat celery. Toast almonds until they smell like fried chicken but wait at least ten minutes before eating them. Ride a bicycle when it's raining. Go for long drives and listen to favorite songs that remind you of certain times. Make a sandwich to share with a friend or a stranger. Talk to strangers. Embrace the imperfection of life. Make a paper flower and give it to someone. Play Scrabble with your family and watch personalities unfold. Make care bags and give them to people in need wherever you travel. Treat yourself to an ice cream from the ice cream man and pay for the kids behind you. Surround yourself with inspiring people and learn how to convey the same feeling in others. Learn a new language. Develop an interest in the cosmos. Come up with endings to conspiracy theories. Come up with beginnings to inevitable ends. Contemplate time travel. Moo with the cows. Pick up trash. Drink water. Pee a lot. Wash the car. Memorize a rap song and recite it as loud as you can. Look at bugs. Laugh at scary things. Philosophize about something at least twice a day. Practice drawing wisdom from daily reflections. Don't reflect without finding wisdom. Fall in love with the progress you've made and how far you've come since ten years ago. Ask your sister's friend what she wanted to be when she was a kid. Be spontaneous. Be curious. Do what made you feel free when you were young. Be a kid. Adapt like a chameleon. Undertake the hardest challenges knowing you will get something out of it. Never settle for anything less than what you deserve. Decide what to eat before the time comes. Freeze diced mangoes and blueberries and taste the flavors of complementary colors. Do good deeds without anybody knowing. Keep your deeds a secret. Walk to the top of a hill on a precipitous morning, open your lungs, see your breath, and feel your body vibrate with endorphins. See a shooting star and wish for somebody else's wish to come true. Fall in love with your flaws. Talk to yourself about important things. Come up with your own to-do list of random things. Do nothing every once in a while. Feel bored for a minute but never too long. Refer back to this list if you ever feel like you're losing interest in life. Be miserably happy and know that everything will always be okay.
