chapter 2: Saturdays Party

Jayla's Pov

God how I hate this kid. "Greyson get the fuck out!" I yell. He just ignores me and smirks.

this is gonna be awhile...

"so about my party..." I cut him off. "sorry I'm busy Saturday" I give a cheeky smile and roll my eyes while waiting for him to get out. "Awh. We all know that isn't true my darling"

I have to admit Greyson is the hottest guy in school and he can win you over just with his clear white perfect smile.

He squints his eyes and tilts his head. "So be there at nine and where something sexy baby girl" he says trying to win me over with his amazing looks and words.

'Baby Girl' gets me every time. "Fine I'll go! Jeez"
He smirks and opens the car door. "By the way you might wanna stop with the lovey stuff cause that will ruin your badass look" he turns around and replies. "Yeah and maybe you should stop showing that my words affect you cause it really shows" he smiles and shuts the door.

My cheeks get heated cause he won that fight and he won me over with his charming ways.

I grab the keys and drive home.

"Mother.... Father" I yell throughout the house. No answer. I hear feet lightly coming down the steps. I run to see... ugh Clara. "Where are my parents?" I ask. "Hi Jay. your parents got called to work."

My parents own this big company called Cooper Co. They named it because our last name is Cooper. They basically live at work, and I only see them once every week, twice if I'm lucky.

I sigh and go to the kitchen. I grab a bowl of fruit Clara made and sit at the counter to eat. I watch her read a magazine and I admire how beautiful she is.

She has naturally wavy brown hair with gorgeous brown eyes that glow and she doesn't need makeup at all because she is naturally beautiful and very tan.

"Clara take the day off and go shopping. Homework will keep me busy" I smile at her and she gives a confused look.

"oh no Jay" I cut her off. "you need it. it's my present to you please" she smiles and gives me a big hug. I start heading up stairs and slip a couple hundreds in her purse and then head to my room without anyone knowing.
