第1章 - the cat owner

TUESDAY at 8: 45 am

Naomi was sitting in her seat while her teacher was teaching an English lesson, it was daytime and she just looked at the opposite window next to her, she had no sleep and was staring at the window while her classmates were talking and others they do what they want the bell rang and it's time for break time she sighed and packed her things to go.

she came out of her room and saw Shion her friend who was in the other section.

"Naomi!" Shion called her and the girl turned and waved at him.

"I thought you would be absent today? didn't you sleep?" Shion asked her while the girl shook her head and scratched the back of her neck

"I like it but we still have something to do at the club" Naomi replied and Shion just nodded

"yes, by the way, I'll come with you later" Shion said happily, Naomi looked at Shion and they started walking towards the Caféteria

"huh?" Naomi confused while Shion was walking beside her.

"i said I'll come with you later" Shion answered her

"but don't you have clubbing too?" Naomi exclaimed and looking at him and Shion smiled at her and rolled his eyes

"duh! our club class will start tomorrow not today" Shion chuckles at Naomi and the girl just smile and nodded at him.

They arrived at the Caféteria and bought food, they sat opposite the window and started eating while talking

"By the way, Shion, I saw a cat in the back of the campus," said Naomi, taking a bite of her food

Shion looked at Naomi and caught a glimpse of the tuna can she bought on the table

"That's why you bought canned tuna. I thought you would eat it," Shion said

"I won't just give it to the cat later" Shion nodded as they continued eating.

After they ate, Naomi said goodbye to Shion to give the canned tuna to the cat since Shion couldn't come because he was allergic to cats.

the girl walked to where the cat stayed, she entered and called the cat to the side of the net

"orensi, come on, I have food for you" said Naomi and she put the canned tuna in the bowl where the cat orensi would eat

Orensi came and started eating, Naomi smiled and caressed Orensi while eating

"You are really cute, the name Orensi suits you because your color is orange"

Naomi just sat on the cat's side as she watched it eat until the door suddenly opened. Naomi turned around and saw a student who was also carrying canned tuna

the boy looked at him holding the canned tuna.

"uhm? why are you here?" the man asked Naomi, the girl suddenly stood up and picked up Orensi

"Feeding Orensi" said the girl as she held the cat

The man raised his eyebrows and approached her

"That's my cat, and how did you know his name" the man asked again and looked at orensi that Naomi was holding

Naomi was silent and looked at Orensi

"ah because.. it's just because of his color that I call him orange and.. I thought he didn't belong" Naomi scratched her neck and slowly put the cat down

"that's why when I visit here there will be food for orensi" said the man and stroked orensi, he peeked at Naomi

"How did you know he lives here?" he asked the girl again, Naomi took a deep breath before answering the man's question
