He needs Vibranium from Wakanda because of some business elsewhere with OSCORP. He’s a part of a team with his brother, Dimitri Smerdyakov and Quentin Beck. He created a weapon with the vibranium he used with Mayor Osborn’s permission. Kraven gets attacked by Black Panther and this is when he figures out that he’s actually of Wakandan descent. He’s actually the cousin of King T’Challa. The rest will basically play out the same as the 2018 movie where he is hunting for the Heart-Shaped Herb so that he can be King of Wakanda.
We then cut to T’Challa in the Ancestral Plane like in the movie. T’Challa wakes up from his coma and we get the final battle but instead of Kraven dying, Kraven is being sent to prison in Wakanda and then Captain America approaches T’Challa to invite him to join The Avengers and that he will keep in touch with them. He goes back to Wakanda and is deemed King of Wakanda in a coronation ceremony. After that, T’Challa smiles at the camera ending the movie
