The Red String || Minsung

Chapter 4

The sky was a nice shade of blue, the clouds were almost perfect like they are out of a movie scene. We walk through a busy street I clutch my phone taking photos by accident, jisung grabs my hand and pulls me through the crowd to a back ally.

"Are you going to kill me" I joke

"No why would I do that, you're too cute to kill" he laughed back. Which made my ears go kind of red.

We reached the end of the ally we are still holding hands and we reach a fence. He lets go of my hand and begins to climb it.

I gulp before following. I hate Hights.

I scale the fence closing my eyes as I jumped down. I opened one eye and realised both feet had touched the ground.

I look up to see a beautiful field.

"Woah... it's..." I begin in awe from the beauty

"Amazing isn't it?" He looked at me with a smile.

"Yea..."

We took pictures, sat in the field, talked, and got to know each-other even more. We took photos and had a blast. It's probably the happiest I've been in a while. He was cold so I gave him my jacket and we continued our walk after eating.

After we scaled the fence to leave we were left in a dark alleyway. I hate the dark. I subconsciously grabbed onto Jisungs hand not wanting to loose him. I heard the younger laugh a little before mumbling something I couldn't hear.

We reached the end of the alleyway and I let go of his hand.

"Who knew you were such a scary cat" he laughed

"I am not. I just didn't want to get lost I have no idea where we are."

"I'm guessing that means you want me to walk you home?"

I avoided his eye contact and he laughed a bit

"You're so cute"

....

My ears went red at the sudden complement.

"Are you blushing?" Jisung teased

"No! I'm just embarrassed by that complement"

"What cute?"

"STOOOPPPP" I buried my face into my hands, and jisung laughed a little.

"I'm going to call you that from now on"

"Please don't..."

We reached my apartment complex.

"Are you ready to go back to your roommate now??" I asked jisung

"Oh um about that... no... not really." He looked at the ground.

"You can stay with me than" I smiled at him as I walked him into the building.

"No I don't want to burden you!"

"It's fine it's kind of lonely staying there alone anyways, plus my dad made a guest room there"

We finally reached apartment 707 after back and forth bickering.

I opened the door and showed him to the guest room.

"The rooms so big WHATT!" He spoke.
"How much does your rent cost.. we can split if you want?"

"Don't worry about it my dad covers the rent, well he doesn't know that but yeah."

"What do you mean?" Jisung tilted his head
