Chapter 7 What are you?

Janice: "Hmmm... where am I?" I woke up suddenly, I didn't understand where the hell I was, it was all dark, my head hurt, I didn't remember anything, I tried to get up to realize that I wasn't in my bed, "but that..", I felt a pang in my abdomen, I tried to get up and then I was laid down by doctors, where had I gone? Only then did I notice monitors and a bag full of fluid connected with a thread and a needle to my arm, I tried to tear it away angrily, but I was stopped by a nurse

Nurse: "You don't want to get up, you fainted and your friend brought you here"

Janice: I sighed, at least they didn't know I was a girl.I saw my boyfriend enter the room and then hug me so tightly that it took my breath away

Neithan: "What happened to you?!, what happened last night?" I said with tears in my eyes, Janice's gaze seemed absent, she was exhausted, tired, weak, in pain and I couldn't understand it, the machines marked her heartbeat, she was weak, very weak, she was lighter in the face and the bags under her eyes were very dark, as if she hadn't slept for days, I could see her arm, (the one with the needle) was full of wounds and bandages and her abdomen was covered with medical bandages but not the ones she wore as usual, but the ones that the doctors had put on her to stop a bleeding, during the battle with the robots the day before she had said that she had almost been hit, but you can see they had taken it, and she hadn't told me anything, or did she not know either?

"AHHHHHHHHHHHH," I cried out in pain when I realized that the pain was too acute, the doctors took my arms and put me on the bed with force, while I pushed them away with my... all in vain, I felt a needle pierce my neck, I freed myself from the grip and then fell to the ground, I no longer felt my legs and all the rest of my body, my vision blurred until I felt some arms grab me and rest me lying on the bed and then became all black.

Neithan: I couldn't reason, Janice's scream pulled me out of my thoughts, I saw her on the ground and I took her in my arms, I put her back under the covers and I saw her close her eyes, her beautiful green eyes.

Nurse: "This should keep him sleeping for a loooooonggg time, the wounds are not yet sutured and the blood loss makes him tired and weak, but not enough to attack....

Neithan: The nurse growled the last sentence as she held her bleeding wrist, Jan would never hurt anyone and certainly not that way.

Neithan: "Are you talking to me?" I asked confused.

Nurse: "Yes with you, aren't you the patient's best friend?"

Neithan: "Oh, yes" I said, I wasn't understanding the reason for that question, - aren't you his best friend?_, hadn't they found out that she was a girl yet, even though they had bandaged her abdomen?

The nurse came up to me and asked, "Are you sure?, what should we do with you?" The she echoed in my ears about that question, so she knew, had she already told the others?

Nurse: I noticed the pale face of the boy "don't worry, you have already told me everything".

Neithan: "What?"

Nurse: "His girlfriend... She told me everything, while I was bandaging her she woke up and quickly told me everything, so don't worry."

Neithan: I breathed a sigh of relief, "Ok thank you"

Nurse: "Don't worry"
