Cold. I reawakened again being able to move, though it was difficult. It wasn't dark and warm like before. Now it was blurry and cold, after some time my vision started clearing up and I could see, though it didn't really matter, I was looking straight at a plain brown object. I tried moving again and at first it didn't work but then I felt something warm start hitting my body and everything started getting brighter. I finally managed to get control of my body again and dragged myself around so I could look at the bright object, I couldn't clearly see it though, as if a film was blocking it. Just thin enough for its radiance to get through and make everything warm and brighter, but also making it where I couldn't see it.

I tried moving around again, as when I first awoke, dragging myself forward, the green ground was a lot smoother on my skin than the substance from where I originally awoke. I noticed that a significant portion of my vision was black, as if something was missing, but I couldn't put my tiny claws on it. I tried lifting my body off the ground again and somehow managed to stay up this time, but trying to move any one of my legs immediately made me collapse, though the heat from the object in the sky seemed to be helping me gain strength. After a few more tries I managed to keep myself up and take a leg off the ground without falling, and after trying to step forward a lot of times, I managed to properly move ahead without losing balance.

I was almost completely running off my own mind though, and attempting to take my mind off of walking primarily would cause me to stumble over myself. Because of this, I decided to just focus on walking until I could get the strange motions down. Just the act of learning how to walk took me until the radiant object was around a quarter of the way through the sky, and I started hearing a plethora of other creatures, most of which seemed to be the strange small things that zoomed past above the trees, and then there were creatures that were a bit bigger, they jumped from tree to tree with ease. One looked at me while a group was passing and it's 3 eyes locked with mine, before it continued with its group.

I brought my attention back to my path as I heard a noise ahead of me. I moved closer to try to figure out what it was, and then a massive Lizard jumped out of a bush and charged at me. It grabbed me, teeth tearing into flesh, I couldn't do anything and then everything went dark again.

I woke up again cold and unable to move for a long time. Again, it was blurry and cold and this time I swore I could feel a stinging feeling randomly dot my skin. After a while, it stopped, my body slowly warmed up, allowing me to move once again. I opened my eyes to the darkness, I could see but it wasn't very easy, and the orb was nowhere to be seen in the sky. I felt sad and cold, and then I looked around me to try to figure out what to do. I shivered at the sight of the path I had been taking before, the bush the lizard came out of was completely still now but I still did not trust it, so I turned and started walking in a completely different direction. I soon found a rhythm and was able to move much faster than before, though I found it hard to keep the speed as it tired me out quickly.

I decided to slow down until I absolutely needed it, and over time I did make ground. I eventually ended up at a small pond, I had no idea what water was and ended up trying to step on and, and then immediately falling in and sinking. I didn't know what to do or how to get out and again, everything went dark.

Just like before, everything went cold, I couldn't see, and the stinging feeling, but this time when I woke up again, I was greeted by light, and my body almost immediately was rejuvenated. I rose from the ground beside the pond, looking around again. I could see some more of the small creature around, either in the trees, or by the pond drinking water. Across the pond, I saw the same group of creatures that had swung past me a while back, a few of them looked at me, their three eyes giving me an eerie feeling. There was a much larger one in the middle of the group who was also staring at me. It had five eyes rather than three. I tried to ignore them and instead looked down into the pond. The spot where I had fallen in specifically had a large opening going straight down, and I had no clue how to get out of this stuff.

I then noticed my reflection, and tilted my head at myself. There were eight round spots on my face, most of them were purplish pink, but one of the larger two were completely missing and instead, a small crater was there. I also noticed my mouth, and opening it, I saw a bunch of tiny sharp teeth, and then four small fangs broke from above and below my mouth. An idea popped into my head as my focus broke due to me hearing a loud splashing sound and looked up as a couple of the three eyed creatures leapt into the water, and I could see them heading in my direction. I backed away from the water as they got closer, and as the first one climbed out, it opened its mouth to reveal its rows of teeth and charged at me.

I used a quick burst of speed to get behind it before opening my own mouth and my fangs extended and dug into its flesh, latching onto its back. It screeched as I then bit down with my teeth, and it shook, throwing me off. I reoriented myself before charging after the now fleeing creature. I launched up at the back of its neck, latching on again and biting down. It didn't even get to screech again before it fell to the ground and died. I suddenly felt more strength enter my body, and turned as two more climbed up out of the water and charged at me almost right away. As they got closer, I immediately lunged at one of them, grappling onto its neck, but before I could do anything else, the other one ripped me off, and then threw me at the ground. I was unable to move as they then both killed me and back to the dark I went.

He had managed to find a cave before it got dark and had laid down the feathered being against the wall on a shelf a small walk into the cave before going out to get some supplies. The scaled being didn't know how he had survival knowledge, but it seemed he knew a lot of things as soon as he woke up, he knew how to make a fire and a few edible plants and creatures. After about thirty minutes he returned to the cave with a pile of wood, a few small creatures he had caught, and a bunch of berries. As he got back into the cave, he noticed the girl had woken up, and was sitting with her arms around her knees where he had placed her. She looked at him and tilted her head slightly as he placed all of the items in the middle of the small shelf.

They both looked to the entrance as small droplets of water started falling outside, then slowly got larger and faster. Before long, they could hardly see outside the cave, as a barrier of water covered it. The water did come down the cave, but he set them up on a higher part of the cave and so the water just made a small river next to them. The scaled being then separated all the items, putting a few pieces of the wood ima pile in the middle of their spot, before starting a fire. The warmth immediately made him feel more comfortable and he noticed the girl seemed to sink slightly as her body warmed. Her eyes closed as she let the warmth cover her body. He then turned to one of the small creatures he had caught and went to bite into it before she squeaked at him.

He looked at her confused as she crawled over to him, taking the small creature from his claw, then used her own claw to skin it, and tossed the fur aside before putting the creature's body on a stick and setting it above the fire. She then huddled back up next to him with her arms around her legs again, her green eyes staring into the flickering flames.
