Ryu Seung aka Zen is 25 years old and he's the leader and main rapper of Zephyr, a 7 member boy group under Cube Entertainment.
Ryu Seung was born and raised in Busan, South Korea. His parents also both in the entertainment industry. His father being an entertainment company owner and his mother being a famous producer.
Seung journey to fame began when he was discovered by Cube Entertainment during his high school's national talent showcase, that they hosted every single year.
They were impressed by his charisma, rapping skills, and possible leadership skills. After auditioning, cube signed him to train to be apart of their upcoming boy group Zephyr.
After 3 1/2 years of training, Sueng debuted with Zephyr at the age of 19. After their debut, Seung quickly gained attention for his powerful rapping skills and smooth charisma. He was also known for his strong stage presence and leadership skills.
While Zephyr was enjoying their success as a group, Seung's career had taken him to new heights. He became an actor.
He became more well known for his roles in a series of popular K-drama's like The Day We Met Again, Golden Mirror, Love's Dilemma, and his most notable films were Red Veil and The Reflection.
With this dual career in both music and acting, he became the most sought after idols within the industry.
Off stage, Seung was a more reserved person. Being known for his focus and dedication, he often spent most of his off days working on music, writing lyrics, or reading.
Despite his fame and success, Seung remained grounded and often referred to his fans as his source of happiness and strength.
