053 - Clint Barton Imagine #2 "Flashbacks and Chokeholds"

Somehow I had got involved in Clint's stupid prank war with Tony which has resulted in us retreating to the vents of Avengers tower, currently we were overlooking the lab where Tony had now ran in to ask Bruce if he'd seen us,
"Bruce have you seen those brats, Clint and Alice?" He tried to stay calm yet failed miserably,
"Can't say I have Tony." Bruce replied, not even taking a glance at Tony as he was too engrossed in his own things.

As Tony stormed out the lab, Bruce's voice could be heard loud and clear,
"What did you guys do this time?" We snickered before jumping out the vent,
"We kinda poured flour on him while he was showering and then stole all the towels." I explained while Clint went into a fit of laughter,
"Well you guys might want to never talk to him again because he's pretty pissed." Bruce looked at us both with a serious look before returning to his work.

I laughed as we left the lab to go to the living room, or the lounge as Tony and his fancy, rich friends call it,
"The look on his face was hilarious." I laughed, gasping as a pair of arms grabbed my shoulders and slammed me into the wall before grabbing my throat to choke me,
"Funny was it? Yes it was FUCKING HILARIOUS ALICE!" An angry looking Tony screamed in my face, trigger, shit.

The memory came flooding back, I had been resisting testing so they brought in men to punish me, one grabbed me by the throat and held me to the wall until I could barely breathe, I started shaking, my whole body began to shut down, I was having... an attack of some sort, I started to hyperventilate, eventually going into shock and curling up into a ball when Tony let me go.

"Oh god Alice I am so fucking sorry." Tony apologised, helping me into Clint's arms, Clint taking me over to the couch to hold me close to him while he stroked my hair and whispered in my ear,
"You're gonna be okay Alice." He whispered, chuckling as I gripped his chest in fear, smiling as he placed a delicate kiss on my forehead,
"Thank you Clint." I thanked, looking up at him,
"No problem, it's all worth it in the end, I get to see your beautiful smile." He flirted, leaning down to capture my lips in a kiss.
