"how long are you guys going to stand around my bed like a bunch of creepers" Miyu sighed looking at the Hashiras sitting beside her, all trying to act as if they were doing something, but she knew it was all lies.
"you dont have to stay here all day, dont worry i am good now" she said trying to get up as her hand slipped a bit, and by the first reflex everyone got near her in a second
"see it was just a small hand slip and you all made a fuss about it, dont worry i am really really okay!" she smiled, showing them her imaginary bicep, hoping they would leave, as an idea popped in her mind
"Don't look at me like that; you know there's no way I am leaving my small sister like that," tengen said defensively as everyone looked at him. "I don't have anything to do either-"
"I heard Hinatsuru San was going on a mission soon, and you were supposed to help her, weren't you?" Miyu lowered her eyes as Tengen was caught in the lie red-handed. as she moved her eyes to Rengoku, who also seemed adamant to go
"rengoku san!" she said in a warning voice while he acted as if he was trying to ignore her " go or else i wont make you udon ever again." she threatened as one pawn was down once more
soon enough, everyone was out of the room, while she lay there alone, trying to have some sleep with peace
PSSS,""Tengen mumbled poking Shinobu who was sitting nearby working with potions. if miyu was stubborn the hashira's were too, if she wont let them take care of her directly , then they'd just make sure they were nearby if she needed anything.
"what?" she hissed back trying to maintain their cover
"when did you say sanemi and genya were supposed to return?" he asked feeling the unsettling vibe around her as realisation seeped in her mind
'holy shit, she had completely forgotton about it' the colour drained from her eyes, and looking at her reaction, they all knew...they were fucked. if there was anything more scarier than dying.. it was sanemi's anger, many scenarios repeated in their mind about how much he would scream the moment he knows.
"MIYUUUUU!!!' just few seconds after their possible worse nightmare the main hitler presented hismelf before them. with scarily one big smile on his face as the hashiraa's mind was closed there was no back from this.
"nii chan! shinobu san is here , ask her" genya's said noticing shinobu hiding in the corner as sanemi, who looked like he had the best mood in the world, stepped in, tension raising in the hashira's manor.
"yaa shinobu where's miyu? did she go out?" he asked, his hands filled with visible soveiners while none of them replied
"yaa i am in good mood, dont ruin it by not answering, i promised miyu not to yell on anyone" sanemi calmly said with an irk mark apperaing on his head. "where is-"
"nii chan!!!" giyu's panic-laced voice reached him as he motioned towards the half-destroyed backyard, with a hint of blood, and suddenly it all fit exactly how he dreaded. The bags in his arms dropped on the ground while every possible worst scenario came up in his mind cause loosing her was worse than a death for him. Looking at Hashira's reaction, he knew...something had happened to Miyu.
"TELL ME WHERE THE FUCK IS MY SISTER" he yelled around slamming on the wall beside which ended up in crack while he held giyu's haori , threatning him.
"YOU ARE A HASHIRA AND YOU LET MY MIYU GET HURT YOU LITTLE-" he continued till, every glass nearby was broken from his loud voice , as other hashira's escaped from his deadly wrath...well except giyu.
"my miyuuuu" sanemi yelled his body dropping on the ground with grief tears making their way up to him "how could you guys let her die you craps-" " but miy-" "don't take my sister's name from your lips you unattentive excuse of an ant!!" sanemi continued yelling while miyu slowly opened her eyes with the commotion going on around
"nii chan?" she called , not able to get off from the bed.
"I AM GOING TO KILL ALL OF YOU THEN I'LL KILL MYSELF YOU-" sanemi yelled breaking down as he pulled out his sword , making the hashira loose sweat

"hold up...actually i can hear it too" genya mumbled slowly getting up from his own depressed mood as sanemi lowered his grip on giyu's throat , still hesitant genya slid down the door behind him , where miyu sat still confused about everything
"ni chan?"
'cough cough.' "That's what I was trying to tell, she is not dead...but injured" giyu tried to make up while he coughed up still recovering from sanemi's unhumane strength.
whereas the white haired Hashira felt like his life was back, without a thought he ran to her, hugging as if she wouldve slipped if he looosened his grip even a bit.
"i was so scared you idiot" he said muffling his face on her neck while she tried to smother him, while patting his back as genya joined in as well.
"you are lucky she is alive" shinobu said rising from the corner as she patted giyu's shoulder "i dont think you would've been alive otherwise"
"how did this- are you okay? where are you hurt? i shouldve never left-"
"calm down nii chan" she smiled grabbing his face "i am totally fine it was just a small accident and-"
"we missed you ane-chan" genya said tears in his eyes as well. " we were so scared something happened to you and- dont leave us" he said with hiccups in his voice.
"dont worry i am not the one to die so easily" she smiled calming the Shinazugawa boys, cause she was the only one who had the power to do so. holding her boys as she welcomed them.
"i am so glad.....that you are home"
